I think swimming is an exercise, sport, and healthy activity that we do to keep ourselves strong. It is the process whereby a swimmer swims in a river or pool without his or her leg touching the ground. We swim when we want to exercise our body, which, in this case, swimming is seen as a healthy activity as exercise is when we feel like swimming, which then as a sport is when we go into a swimming competition with our friends or other swimmers.

The health benefits of swimming are huge, which is like every exercise that we do to keep our body healthy and strong. Swimming strengthens our bones, makes us feel warm, energizes us, and improves our respiratory system.
Have you ever tried to swim? .Where did you do this in a river, pool, or in the sea? And how was your experience?
Yes, I have ever tried to swim, which was in a pool and river. In my town, there is a place called waterfall that I went with my friends to swim which I almost got carried away with by the water. I swam to a point where my legs were not touching the ground, and I found myself flooding on top of the water.

Some of the tips and tricks to keep in mind while swimming are as follows:
- When swimming don't talk inside the water or else you will drink water
- While swimming ensure you don't go deep inside the water if you cannot swim.
- As a swimmer, ensure you use a swimming jacket.
