So guys yesterday i woke up at 10:00 am because yesterday was holiday so I folded my comforter place into the cupboard then I went to my bathroom and opened the tap and washed my face and washed my hands and brushed my teeths then I went to my room and dryed my face and hands with towel then I drank one glass of water because water is very important for our body because It keep us healthy and it keep us hydrated and save us from being dehydrated make sure that you guys also drink 4 glass a day because doctors also say water is best for our body let me tell you five benefits of having water in our body

Answer 1:70% of our body have water and left 30% body don't have water
So we have to say thanks to god who gave us water and keep us hydrated

This is real that our body have 70 % of water and left 30 % don't have water so we need of this thing that we keep hydrated and advise to others for hydrated because if when we ignore this thing that we get sick and fell in the multiple disease
