"Meal Schedule"

Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "Meal Schedule" as part of my participation in this 👉contest organized by @helengutier2


🥙 How many times do you eat a day?

Normally, we believe that eating a square meal a day is the best form of eating and sometimes I follow such rules to eat three times a day. Although, there are times that I do eat even more than three square meals a day which is mostly when I am at home I will be feeling hungry to eat.

Also, there are times that I do eat twice a day which is mostly the time that I am usually occupied by work or if I am on a transit traveling to a far destination, I find it difficult to eat in the morning.


🥙 Have you ever had trouble keeping to your meal times?

Yes, I have ever had trouble keeping my meal times which was when I was a student. Normally, I am someone who loves taking his dinner between 7 and 8 pm of the day which there was a time I had trouble keeping to my meal time. On that day I ate around 7 pm which was a bit early and socked orange, visited my friend who then took me somewhere after reaching home, I started feeling hungry which became a problem for me.


🥙 Are you one of those people who prefer a full meal or who, if they don't have time, eat anything on the street?

I am one of those people who prefer a full meal that doesn't have to eat anything on the street. I like preparing my meal myself which I will eat to my satisfaction than eating anything on the street which I don't even like eating and walking at the same time.


🥙 What would an ideal eating schedule look like for you?

An ideal eating schedule would look nice to me because I would only have to be eating at the proper time I have set, but there are something's that I would miss eating if I should follow my eating schedule. For example, if my friend should serve me food I may not eat if it is not my eating time.

Saludos amigo lo horarios para comer son importantes mantenerlo por lo normal deberíamos comer unas tres veces al día para poder ingresar todos los nutrientes necesarios y lo importante para mi sería el desayuno porque hacemos una pasa muy larga entre la cena y el desayuno por eso los médicos recomiendan no saltarse el desayuno
