It is good to Know that you like oral medications personally for taking relief from your discomfort and any pain but I agree with you that intravenous way of injecting any drug in body is one of the most effective way and special you are injecting an analgesic through intravenous route then it would be effective for you and it would start its mode of action within minutes depending upon the dosage you have given....

We all know that there are different ways to give medicine to body for relieving from pain or from any discomfort so for that reason we use and we implement different ways of giving medicine but you like intramuscular injection and your reason behind is very justified that there is no need to search out for vein in which you want to inject.
