Fitness Diary || 28 -02 -2026 || Cardiovascular Exercise, Benefits
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, special greeting to y'all and I believe y'all are enjoying your day in your different destination; it's my uttermost pleasure to again share my fitness routine with y'all, you can incorporate this workout routine in your routine if necessary.
Saturdays are always for a complete fun workout because this is the day we witnessed sweat soar, the happy hormone chemical which is known as endorphins get to properly react as people get to express love and care towards their self by exercising to stayfit.
After a three days of exercising the abdominal part of the body, I decided to make the fourth day a cardio exercise day. Cardio exercise is very crucial as it helps the heart to have a long time healthiness, help to burn calories which in return reduce weight, it's an energy booster as it is naturally a fun exercise.
Cardio exercise is also crucial because it boosts endurance and coordination, everybody wants to engage on any fun activity regardless of durability, that's why people love cardio, the movement is simple to incorporate, it's fun, it trigger endorphins which boost mood, while enjoying the cardio drills we ignore the durability of the exercise which in return we get to improve endurance level while loosing weight.

Cardio exercise hit different when the environment is serene, this helps the fitness workers to focus inclusively on the program. When the mind collides with the soul, pains becomes joy, exhaustion becomes grind and every excuses becomes a reason to sweat it out.
Couples of exercise were executed during the session, jumping jacks, forward and backwards steps, side walk, dynamic double hand punch, high knee, high knee jump and lots more exercise, 30 repetition of each exercise and 2 minutes of rest for recovery in every 20 minutes.
After the whole session; we stepped into the final important routine which is stretch, five minutes of stretch was enough to breakdown the entire body, gain flexibility and run free from Injury, successful we concluded the fitness session in immerse smile.
