My Fitness Diary || 04 -04 -2026 || Lower, Upper Body And Abs Exercise
Hello fitness family, cordial greetings to y'all i trust you're all enjoying your fitness journey day by day, well today I'll be sharing my Saturdays workout with you guys, sorry for late update I've been having a tight schedule lately.
As you all know Saturdays are for workout, it's a free day that people single out to take a proper care to themselves by exercising, days like this I always prepare to make sure I offer my clients the best, first of all I'll think of the workout routine to incorporate, second I'll choose the music that correspond with the workout and thirdly I'll try as possible as I can to arrive early, third one is always the toughest.
So since the week was for upper body routine, most of the routine I thought of was upper body and a little touch of cardio, the coming week is supposed to be a mix workout I mean upper, lower body and abs so I also needed to get those regions ready for the next week as well, so few lower body and abs programs were also executed.

As the session continues and the adrenaline was in motion, I decided to switch the program to tabata and I had the song on the music box, this one gives us time to rest, probably a 3 seconds rest between each programs so in that case I needed to repeat each program four times, two program in one tabata song.
This was the period where I combined tabata song with lower body and abdominal exercise, this region are considered the most intensive exercise depending on the intensity, the number of repetition at a go, and number of sets, adding tabata song makes it a little hard to incorporate.

Every workout deserves a proper stretch and we didn't make any exception as we stretch immediately after the session, we had time so we took our time as we stretch over 10 minutes stretching from neck to toe.
The session was fun, energetic and impactful, lots of calories was burned and endorphins reacted. A session like this relief people from depression anxiety and even heartbreak, that's why you'd see people coming out from the gym excited.
