My Fitness Diary || 18 -03 -2026 || An Absolute Lower Body And Cardio

Hello fitfam; cordial greetings to y'all and I believe you're all having a beautiful fitness journey, this week has been amazing as my fitness schedule has workout as expected, this week we've targeted different body muscles and today I decided to go for lower body and cardio program so I titled it. Absolute lower body and cardio.

Absolute lower body and cardio is that types of exercise that combines Intensive lower body exercise with cardiovascular endurance, it's a type of exercise design to maximize heart rate while pushing the lower body limit.

The important of combining lower body exercise with cardiovascular exercise is that we get to target the heart and lower body, this means that these workout helps to tone the lower body, burn calories, improves cardiovascular health and endurance and etc.

On the night before Friday I made sure that I informed my fitness fam about the program and inform them to come with their water for hydration, towel for cleaning sweat, also told them to come out with a determined heart so as to incorporate the program Intentionally regardless of the intensity.

We started the Friday Absolute lower body and cardio workout by 7:10 AM and some lower exercise with cardio were executed, jumping jacks, burpees, side squats, cutsy squats, stepboard jumping squat and etc were executed, each exercise was repeated at least three times with repetition depending on the intensity of the program.

The session was intensive so recovery was very important therefore 1 minutes in between programs was given to inhale and exhale, remember that recovery is also as important as workout, with recovery you get to revitalize and fall back with energetic spirits.

Every fitness session ends with stretch, I always keep this at the back of my mimd because with stretch, flexibility reborn, injury evaporate and posture breath, we stretch the whole body muscles and breathe in and out to improve lungs health.
