Hello fitness lovers, cordial greetings to y'all and I hope you're all enjoying your day in your different destination. After having a successful fitness session with my fitness client on the weekend, we decided to resume this brand new week with an "upper body strength and conditioning"

Upper Body strength and conditioning is a type of exercise particularly organized to build muscle mass in the shoulder, back, shoulder, arms etc, a workout design like this has the potential to improve functional movement, makes our daily activities more easier and also reduce injury risk.

Some of the exercise we incorporated includes push ups, shoulder tap, biceps curl, overhead triceps extension, sumo squat and etc. these exercise were executed depending on my client fitness level especially for the woman

30 repetition of push up for men and 10 repetition of pushups for women, 40 repetition of shoulder tap, 15 repetition of biceps curl and 10 repetition of overhead triceps extension and 15 repetition of sumo squat.

The program were quite intensive so we needed a huge amount of endurance to withstand the programs, to make it more benefit to my clients I needed to put it in set because it helps to boost muscle endurance and discipline.

Exercise like these are super crucial because when executing posture is being correct, strength is regain, muscles is boost and calorie is burn. Like they used to say gains come from pains, you have to go through excess pains before you have something to gain.

Well the session wasn't smooth, we rested when needed and we continue afterward, an intensive fitness session like this is very reliefable when making fun out of it so while executing, we dance to ease the pains, this gave the session a super vibes, this was where we stopped guys, thanks for reading.
