How healthy are these foods during Iftar? What kind of food should we eat during Iftar to maintain good health?

Another new blog today and congratulations to all of us. Today I will present to you what kind of food we should eat during Iftar and what kind of food is healthy for us and what kind of food is harmful for our body in today's blog. Hope you enjoy today's blog. But let's start today's blog. The picture I gave at the beginning of the blog is a fast food. In our Bangladesh this dish is called Piyaju which means a mixture of onion and flour and fried in oil. And in Bangladesh this food is served a lot during Iftar but many of us are health conscious so we show so much interest in this food. If we were a bit health conscious we would have avoided all these foods at least during Iftar. Because after fasting all day, the body is already very tired and weak. And at this time we need some nutritious foods like different kinds of fruits especially apples, grapes, guavas, watermelons and we should break our iftar. Because all these fruits are very beneficial for our body to reduce our weakness and since we get them naturally, they do not contain any side effects or harmful ingredients. By eating them, health is good, body and mind are all good. And playing them is unlikely to cause any kind of problem. But since we are ignorant about health.

So we stay away from eating beneficial fruits during iftar or other times and focus more on these fast foods. All these fast foods are just delicious. Besides, all these fast foods are very harmful for our body. We may not know that the fast foods we buy from the market are fried many times in one oil. And we may notice that these oils turn black during frying. Frying more than two to three times in one oil releases a substance from the oil which is responsible for cancer. So eating all these foods is most likely to cause cancer. If we want to eat all these foods, we should only eat them prepared at home. Besides, buying all these foods from outside can cause a lot of harm to the body. All these foods should be avoided to keep our body healthy.The picture you can see in the second picture is beguni, that is, beguni is made with eggplant and a mixture of flour and fried in oil. Which is available at a very cheap price in our Bangladesh and because of this people eat it in large quantities without realizing it. Which is very harmful for the body, we eat a lot when we get it at a low price and fast food is the most harmful for our body. The reason for that is first of all fried in oil and all these foods go to the stomach and create a lot of gastric and gastric causes various diseases and therefore we should avoid all these foods. Especially during Iftar we should stay away from them as much as possible because we should think about how harmful this kind of food can be for the body after not eating for the whole day. Every citizen of us, every child and adult should always be healthy and conscious about our body. .And I think adding this physical subject through institutional education to every citizen will make every citizen aware of their body. And we don't realize how much of a blessing awareness and body health is until we get sick.

If we could be aware of the sharil while we are healthy, we might be able to stay away from the nature of all these foods that bring us disease. The food you see in the third picture is much more tempting and quite tasty. However, this food is very harmful for our body. This food is prepared by frying flour on oil. And after frying they are soaked in sugar syrup to make such a delicacy and the name of this delicacy is Burinda. Many of us may know who he is called White Poison. That is, he acts like a poison to our body, but in a small but slow way, it does a lot of harm to us. Also this Barinda is prepared fried in oil and understanding how healthy this type of food can be during Iftar, so we should avoid all these foods during Iftar. We should focus only on fruits during iftar but the body will feel healthy and get proper nutrients in the body and help to keep the body fresh. After a whole day fast I think the best fruit would be watermelon because it contains a lot of water which will remove the water deficiency in the body and also grapes apple oranges are very much needed to keep the body fresh. But the body will be healthy and beautiful and if the body is healthy and beautiful, your morale will increase in everything and you will feel good in everything. And if you are unaware of health and consume such fast foods during iftar then you will get sick slowly.

Quite an informative, useful, and timely post, brother. Amid Ramadan, we all love to eat these food items at Iftar. Those are quite delicious and tempting, as you have mentioned already.

TBH, I like to eat those and eat almost every evening. However, I don't buy those from outside. Rather, my wife prepares at home. So, I am on the safe side, right?

If we can, we should opt for healthier food items, especially during Iftar. I hope that your post will act as a good reminder 🙂.
