Wk 22:The Diary Game and your Health

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing great and having a good day. Today I'm here to share my day with you all. I want to thank @aaliarubab for this contest about Diary game.

The exercise I did

I woke up this morning, said my prayers, got up from the bed and did my chores. Then I proceeded to take a shower and head out to an open space for outdoor workout today. I've had my friend always invite me to join them, but I've been declining because the place requires me jogging down there.

When I got here, I met other persons, the instructor started the workout and I must say, it was fun all through and a lot of calories were burned today.

My diet

After the workout, I and my friend strolled while gisting about the work out. I finally got home and had a shower to start my day. I knew I was going to have a stressful day today, so I made fried rice plantain and egg sauce with tea for everyone.

This dish is quite light for breakfast and it fuels your body for some hours because the tea will have you urinating always. Everyone loved it and finished their ration.


My day

So today I had an order for peanut from a customer, so I had to get to the market and purchase the items required to prepare the peanut.

When I got got home, I quickly started preparing the items for use, I broke the eggs, measured the flour and sieved, measured the baking powder, added my milk and nutmeg, etc. After mixing, I started frying immediately, so I could deliver on time.

After frying, it turned out so beautiful and delicious as always. Then I allowed it sit to get cold before packaging it.

The water I drank

Oh today, I had plenty of water, didn't have the time to snap because I had a hectic day, but I did take alot of water. Considering the fact that I was by the fire side , I was dehydrated and needed to drink water.


The pain or tiredness I felt/What I did to relax

After the whole stress of the day, I did have alot of body and shoulder pains, being that today I worked on my upper body and used the manual way of turning peanut in my bowl with my hands.

I had to snack because I lost appetite for food, I snacked on biscuits and cold orange juice.

It did calm me down and I had to take a little nap. I woke up much later in the evening and that was how my day went today.

Today, I discovered I could do anything I set my mind on, as long as I tell myself I can do it, and I need to keep engaging in exercise to stay fit & healthy

Good evening friend 😍, your post is well-detailed and cool. Is good that you also engage in workout activities, it will really keep your body in a good state.

What of my own peanut? 😁 I love peanut alot oo. Drinking so many water is very necessary as well. I wish you good luck in this contest.

You're invited to my place when next I make the peanut, I hope you like orange juice, it's what I use to wash the peanut down. Exercise is needed for the body to keep fit and drinking of water too is good, just that your bladder will be full. Thanks for your comment

I really appreciate that you are very conscious about your diet and exercise. In this busy life no one have time to take care of diet, health and exercise. And I learnt a lot . And I really really appreciate

seeing the peanut at first in the frying pan, I was thinking it was buns u were preparing..

I’ll really love to learn how u use to prepare it because that’s the only reason I won’t report you to EFCC for eating such a rich food like fry plantain and eggs in this tinubu regime where everyone is looking for money…😊
