SEC-S16/W6: "The Science of Aging🧕"

Greetings to you all dear steemians in the Healthy Steem Community and the Steemit blockchain at large. Hope your week activities is splendid and memorable, if so let's give God the glory in the highest.

As happy as I am in joining the contest, I will approach it with the following questions:

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Aging is what affect every living thing on the earth surface from plant to animals and humans. Aging starts from the point of conception itself and scale through the developmental process of the unburn child till when the child is born. And as an infant aging continues to adulescente and to adult and then to old age. So I can simply say that aging is the normal developmental stages in once life span from the time of conception to the time of birth and then to the time of death.

Now when we talk of "the medical process behind aging", we are in a nutshell talking about the complex changes that occur on an individual cells in the body of a living person which in turn is made visible in the outward appearances of the individual either by voice, height, shape, wrinkles, cray hair, memory lose, pains and inability to freely move as usual. At this point medication is use to enhance the performance of the individual.

However, it should be noted that aging differ from person to person, and there are factors that either increases or induce aging process such as lifestyle, environment, genetics and or social status.

Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older

As long as we live in this imperfect world we cannot escape aging. As a matter of fact aging is part of the curse the creator puts on man as a result of disobedient. So having known that, I am not afraid of becoming older but rather only prepare my mind and body to face the challenges occasions with aging. The only aspect that makes me afraid is when there is no finance to procure the needed medications to support the failing body when the challenge arises.

Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

There are a lot of nutritional items that can induce or prevent aging quickly which I will mention three.

  • The first is to take in more of food that contains vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, green tea which have various vitamins, ellagic acid to support the body free om free radicals.
  • The Second one is to take in more of seafood with omega-3 acid such as salmon, mackerel, tuna. They are very good for glowing skin. Besides that they are very rich in vitamin E and zinc which is good for wound-healing and also helps to heal irritation.
  • Third I will take in more of 'Red Wine.' The holy book says that wine makes the heart to rejoice. So takin in red wine will help to reduce my blood pressure because red wine is anti-aging tonic.

Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

There a a lot of anti-aging exercises to induce aging and makes me look younger even in old age. Three out of it are as follows:

  • Walking: This is the aspect we're people sometimes reduce to poverty when they see you walking. But walking have proof to be an activity that helps you to bear the weight of the body that help you to perform well against the usual natural gravity that surrounds someone. That is to say your bones and muscles will greatly benefit as you age on. In fact just yesterday I walked 17,490 steps to keep fit, using a fitness tracker device to monitor the progress.

  • Climbing Stairs: This exercise is very good because it will help the lower section of our body. The calves, quadriceps and gluteus will be strengthen and as a matter of fact, climbing is an age reversal exercise.

  • Aerobics or cardio: This type of exercise that help our heart to be healthy, it also improve circulation in the system, and help our your brain to be in good health condition.

Above all, have good relationships with your fellow people around you your maker.

Hello @oasiskp hope you are having a good day.Thsnks for sharing that aging happens to everyone, starting from before birth and continuing throughout life. It's natural and can't be stopped.

Some worry about getting older, but it's just part of life. Challenges like health issues or financial concerns can come with aging.

Eating well, including fruits, vegetables, seafood, and even a bit of red wine, can help slow down aging.

Simple exercises like walking, climbing stairs, and doing aerobic activities keep the body strong and healthy.

The key is to stay positive, maintain good relationships and take care of yourself as you age, really enjoyed reading your blog wish you success 💖🤗🌸💐🌺.
