Hello friends, I hope you are all well. I am also well because of the infinite mercy of God. Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the sixth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you about The Science of Aging.


👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?


In fact, the aging of a person starts from the moment he is born, but its effects are not seen seriously at the beginning. All of us will reach old age, but due to our own negligence, old age appears prematurely in many cases. Our body is made up of cells and tissues. And as a result of cell division, human body grows and heals wounds. These cells divide and after a certain time they are destroyed and new cells are formed.

This process continues in our body right after we are born in which our body forms and grows. However, at a stage of human life, when a deficiency is created in the body, this cell division process is not completed properly, due to which the functionality of fixing the damages of the body organs is disturbed, as a result, the signs of aging appear in our body.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?


Even if we want to, we cannot prevent aging, it is a natural process, so we have to accept it without fearing old age. But yes some challenge scares us to grow old which is dependence on others. On reaching old age, many types of physical and mental problems arise and at some point one has to become dependent on family or someone else. Many of them don't even have a family and the old age home is the last place for them. Only those who live there know how lonely it is to be there. So these challenges scare us as we get older.


👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?


We can't stop aging, but we can keep the process going in a healthy way by eating healthy. There are several nutritional items that keep the aging process healthy.

First of all avoid all kinds of Sugar and focus on omega-3. Various types of marine fish contain omega-3 fatty acids which are very beneficial for our body and especially for skin health. Moreover, almonds also contain the same thing that eliminates the lack of micronutrients in our body.

Secondly, eating foods rich in antioxidants that maintain the structure of our body's cells and build immunity. It protects cells from damage and helps cells function properly. Therefore, different types of fruits and vegetables that produce antioxidants in the body can be taken to slow down our aging.

The most important thing is to eat plenty of green vegetables that contain lots of vitamins and are full of nutrients. Even if we go to any doctor, they first ask to add green vegetables to our daily food list to get rid of diseases and keep our body healthy. So we must eat green vegetables to prevent aging or to get rid of complex disease.


👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?


Exercise is very important for all classes of people which keeps us healthy. But the best exercise to look young in old age is to do yoga. Yoga keeps both body and mind in balance.

Then stretching is another effective exercise that helps you look younger. Stretching makes the body parts flexible and muscles strong.

Cardio can also be done which is beneficial for people of all ages and will help you look young in old age. It can be done according to one's choice like walking, running, swimming, cycling etc. which increase the blood circulation in our body and keep the heart healthy.

There are many other types of exercise that, while not directly stopping aging, can slow down the process and make you look younger. But of course, before doing any exercise, the steps should be learned properly first, otherwise there will be a possibility of injury.

Y creo eres uno de los pocos post de tantos que he leído que lo menciona, incluso es por eso que la ciencia no ha podido descubrir porque envejecemos si tenemos células que se renuevan🤔

Sin embargo los que leemos la palabra de Dios y conocemos lo que ocurrió al principio de la humanidad lo sabemos y creo tu conoces sobre ello porque siempre veo que eres un chico muy religioso.

That a person realizes when his body starts to weaken, now it varies from person to person. This is another important facts that so many don't know exercise won't eradicate or remove aging from your life but it can only help reduce the speed of experiencing aging or helps reduce your chances of getting sick while aging.
