Usually we really mean it when we have a runny nose i.e. a cold, we call it a cold. It is common during winter and the disease is more common when the environment or season changes. It is normal for everyone to get colds or admissions like this in our life and it is nothing to panic about. When we live in a lot of dust and eat a lot of cold food, we can have such problems.

1. Eating cold food in moderation or drinking cold water.
2. If there is more time in dusting.
3. If you don't want them now then drink water directly.
4. Due to low immunity.

Our natural remedy to get rid of it is to drink Tulsi leaf juice to cure it. It can be cured if we drink tea regularly. Besides this if we eat lemons i.e. sour things eat things like chuka then get rid of it. It can be avoided by consuming crushed leaf juice and tulsi leaf juice. If we do not consume black cumin and mustard oil in the body then it gets rid of it.

Give some home remedies to cure acne

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Girls don't have to drink the juice, it has to be smeared in the mouth.
3. Applying turmeric on the face cures acne.
4. It will be better to eat cinnamon.
5. Using aloe vera cures acne.
6. We can get rid of it by using some creams available in the shop.
