What do you think about swimming is it a sport, an exercise or a healthy activity?

Sport:
Swimming is an Olympic sport that is contested in a variety of ways, with swimmers competing in races of varying lengths, both individually and as a team.
Exercise:
Swimming is also a great exercise. It strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, increases endurance, and helps burn calories. It is an excellent exercise because it does not put much pressure on the joints.
Healthy Activity:
Swimming improves heart rate and muscle performance, reduces stress, controls weight, and improves sleep. It is also recommended for people who are recovering from injuries or who have problems like arthritis.

Walking is very beneficial for health. It is one of the most important physical activities. It strengthens the heart, improves muscle function, and works almost all parts of the body. Since it is a gentle exercise, it does not put pressure on the joints and is also beneficial for people who are weak or injured. Walking helps in losing weight, reducing stress, improving sleep, and improving mental health. In addition, it also increases endurance and balance. It also reduces the risk of diseases such as heart disease and high blood pressure.

Have you ever tried to swim? .Where did you do this in a river, pool or in a sea? And how was your experience?

Yes, I once thought of swimming. I thought that since other people swim easily in water and swim very fast, I can also do it. So I took my friends with me and there is a swimming pool near our village. The pool was quite deep. My other friends could swim, but I could not swim that much. At first, when I entered the pool, I swam slowly, so I felt that I had learned to swim. Then I started swimming for a long time in the pool. When I reached halfway, I was very short of breath.

When I was short of breath, I tried to catch the stone on the side of the pool, but it slipped from my hand. Then I grabbed the stone with great difficulty and got out of the pool. After this experience, my swimming skills were revived and I was very scared that if my hand had not reached the stones properly, I might not have survived. So I did not even think of progressing again.

When doing a workout, the right method is very important. Always do a light warm-up before exercising so that the muscles are ready and there is no stiffness. Do it in a place where there is a lifeguard or at least a friend with you, especially if you are a beginner. Stay calm in the water and maintain the continuity of breathing. Adopt the correct progression method to avoid fatigue and dizziness.

Also, do not progress after poorly digestible foods and do not forget to stay hydrated even while in the water. The most important thing is to take care of your body's limits and do not overexert yourself, especially in shallow or open water.
