I'm pleased to take part in this wonderful contest organized by the healthy Steem community. Personal care is very important in our lives. I believe one's physical appearance is very important in today's society. Because people easily judge based on a person's appearance. Therefore, personal care is a lifelong practice to maintain good hygiene and to look pleasant.
🧼🚿 What is your daily routine when you wake up, what products do you use and what function does each of them fulfill?
Freshening up for the day's adventures is the first task in my day. I don't like to keep my morning routine long, as I always wake up late and I'm in a hurry to get my work done. For daily usage, I prefer more baby products in my routine. I'm always concerned about the ingredients used and whether they are safe for frequent use. Ultimately, we do all of these to take care of our health.
First, I will use this toothpaste to brush my teeth. I love this brand a lot; using it to brush my teeth feels fresh and lasts long.
Then, I will take a quick wash. I will first wash my face using Earth's Essence face wash. I tried this brand recently and I love its fragrance. Especially in the morning, I prefer using products that have a very light fragrance. Using a face wash will keep my skin clean and supple.
Then I will use my baby's shower gel again, the main reason is the fragrance. Usually, baby products have a very light fragrance. This product keeps my skin soft and moisturized throughout the day, so I often share this product with my baby.
Right after a wash, I love applying moisturizer to my skin. For both my face and body, I use this product. I have dry skin, I love very thick moisturizers that last long on my skin. Some products don't even last 5 mins on the skin. This one is also from Earth's Essence and it is a massage cream with a very thick consistency. The fragrance is very mild and lasts long on my skin.
Then, I love to use baby cologne to smell good throughout the day. Even If I am at home, I love to smell good. Baby cologne is affordable and has fewer harsh chemicals compared to adult perfumes. For daily use, cologne is the best option to smell fresh.
Next, I will comb my hair to get rid of any tangles caused by the night's sleep. I will use hair oil if necessary but on some days I don't skip it. The hair oil I use is made of natural ingredients.

Yes, I prioritize my hygiene. As I said before, a person needs to maintain good hygiene to prevent illnesses and to maintain overall well-being. I often take time from my day to stay clean and tidy. As a mom, I have to carry out many responsibilities while maintaining my physical appearance. Therefore whenever I feel like I need to freshen up I go for quick washes and a change of clothes. My toddler always wants me to carry him whenever I'm working, staying clean is crucial for both of us. It helps me to keep me and my baby away from sickness.

For anyone who loves to maintain good hygiene and to look good, there are many affordable daily products in the market. The essential toiletries and simple grooming products can help a person take care of his/her hygiene while looking good. Nowadays it is a trend to spend a lot on physical appearance while personal hygiene drains. However, I believe equal attention to both aspects is important to maintain a healthy life.

You start with brushing your teeth in the morning, it is a regular routine for all of us. The baby shower gel you use is up to you. You use aloe vera hair gel for hair. If you don't prioritize your hygiene, I don't think one can maintain a good and proper hygiene that would be free from bacterias causing sicknesses. So personal care is very essential. Success to you
