According to my knowledge and understanding Heat stroke is a life-threatening condition that occurs when your body becomes unable to properly regulate its internal temperature. It can happen when you're exposed to high temperatures, either from the environment or from strenuous physical activity, and your body isn't able to cool itself down effectively.
Is a medical emergency and requires immediate attention. The symptoms can include a high body temperature (over 104°F), nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, loss of consciousness, and difficulty breathing.
Is a serious medical condition that occurs when your body is unable to regulate its internal temperature, causing your core body temperature to rise rapidly. It can be life-threatening and requires immediate medical attention.
Heat stroke typically occurs when you're exposed to extreme heat and humidity for long periods of time, and your body's natural cooling mechanisms, such as sweating and increased blood flow to the skin, can't keep up. It's different from heat exhaustion, which is a less severe form of heat illness that can progress to heat stroke if not treated promptly.
With the research I've made and gone through they are the cause of heat stroke
✓ Prolonged Exposure to Extreme Heat: Spending too much time in hot environments without adequate hydration or rest can cause your body to overheat.
✓ Physical Activity in Hot Weather: Intense physical activity in hot or humid conditions can cause your body to overheat, especially if you are not used to exercising in those conditions.
✓ Medical Conditions: Certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, can increase your risk of heat stroke.
✓ Exertion in hot weather*: Engaging in intense physical activity in hot weather can raise your body temperature rapidly, leading to heat stroke.
✓ Exertion in hot weather: Vigorous physical activity in hot, humid conditions can cause your body to overheat, especially if you're not used to exercising in the heat.
From my own perception and experiment these are two ways of preventing heart stroke...
Hydrate Regularly: Make sure to drink plenty of water, even if you don't feel thirsty. This helps your body to sweat and cool down effectively.
Avoid Strenuous Activity During the Hottest Parts of the Day: Schedule outdoor activities for early in the morning or later in the evening, when it's cooler, and take frequent breaks in the shade.
Remember, the best way to avoid heat stroke is to stay cool and hydrated, and to listen to your body. Here are two more preventative measures for heat stroke, It's important to take these precautions to avoid heat stroke, especially during hot summer months or in tropical climates.
I've never come across or go through heat stroke but I've learned from the information I've gathered that it can be a very distressing experience. People experiencing heat stroke often become disoriented and may lose consciousness. They can also experience muscle cramps, rapid pulse, and even seizures. In severe cases, heat stroke can lead to brain damage or even death if not treated promptly. It's important to seek medical attention as soon as possible if you suspect someone is suffering from heat stroke.
These are some of the attack of heat stroke in people's life.
✓ Early Warning Signs: Some early warning signs of heat stroke include dizziness, headache, nausea, rapid breathing, and confusion. If you notice any of these symptoms, find a cool place to rest and hydrate immediately.
✓ Risk Factors: Certain factors can increase your risk of heat stroke, including being overweight, having a medical condition, or taking certain medications.
✓ Treatment: If you suspect that someone is suffering from heat stroke, it's important to seek medical attention immediately.
Heat stroke is a serious and potentially life-threatening condition that occurs when your body's internal temperature rises rapidly. It can be caused by exposure to high temperatures, strenuous activity, or certain medications, and it's important to stay hydrated and avoid direct sunlight during hot weather. If you suspect that someone is experiencing heat stroke, seek medical attention immediately. Stay safe and stay cool.

Heat stoke is very serious biological condition in which the body temperature is rise. We need to hydride our body and almost drink 5 to 6 class water in a day
Thanks for reading.
You're right, we need to stay hydrated so as to prevent heat stroke. Physical activities such as working under the hot sun causes this illness, so it's best we use our safety measures like helmet while working to prevent the heat extracted from the sun. Stay healthy and best of luck 🤞🏾
