What is your opinion about intermittent fasting?Is it easier to lose our weight or not?

If anyone wants to loose weight so they have to workout but along with exercise, they need to follow some diet plan. There are various diet plan which helps to loose weight but now a days Intermittent Fasting is trending and every one who wants to be in shape, are following Intermittent Fasting program.

Now question is we normally heard about fasting but what is intermittent Fasting?

So normal fasting is like we don't eat for a whole day but we can't follow this on daily basis but intermittent Fasting is where you can eat for 8 hours out of 24 hours in a day and rest 16 hours will be your intermittent fasting. People can drink water, lemon juice or any liquid form if needed but it is restricted to eat for 16 hours.

Well it is good way to loose some weight but people have to understand about its pros n cons.

Time management is very important means if you fix 16 hours for hungry so you have to follow this diet plan.

My suggestion is to start with short time of hungry like in starting you can go with 10 hours of intermittent fasting and slowly you can increase your time so your body will be familiar with this diet plan.

Ofcourse yes, Single diet plan is not for everyone. That's why dietician diagnosis and then design diet plan for people.

Intermittent Fasting is good for it can be harmful also. People use to keep fast for 16 hours so that's why hunger can cause Hypertension problem as well as people eat a lot when they get time to eat so over eating can cause digestion problem and also effect of this diet plan gets disturb so people don't see wanting results.

Mostly Diabetic patients should not come in this program because it will be dangerous for those patients and people should consult and make design diet plan from experience dietician otherwise you will skip essential protein, vitamin, minerals so it will impact bad on your health.

It can be beneficial if people consult from experience dietician and follow that diet chart strictly. Intermittent Fasting definately help to maintain cholesterol, to reduce calories which is good but if you will follow wrong chart and wrong intermittent Fasting program, it will be more harmful for you.
