Most of us already know Whatsapp is a Communication Application that enables a user to interact with another person via Chatting, Calling, Video Conferencing, etc. Whatsapp is widely used over the Globe and it is the easiest and most convenient way to get in touch with our family, friends, and relatives sitting in any part of the world. However, it is not limited to have @2pm chatting. Whatsapp has lot more features to give. As a Business Owner you must have a Whatsapp Business App and not the regular One. Business Whatsapp has features like catalogue, Business Profile etc which can be used to show your Business and giving your customer/client a Professional Feel.( I will share a detailed article on Whatsapp Business and Strategies)

Next, You can write your Welcome Message ( This message will be pre - written in the users message box and the user can send you the same message so that you get to know why the person is contacting you over whatsapp) |

Whatsapp is a Strong Communciation Application and has a Massive Reach. It would be easy to Target your Local Customers via Whatsapp. Also, you can create a Funnel and whatsapp would be part of it.
