Steemit India Community | Booming Support Program: Application for July-August 2022 Term
We are pleased to see that the Steemit team has requested applications to be made by community managers in order to receive booming support for their communities. It is fantastic to see an initiative like this taking place after such a long time.
We are delighted to be able to apply for this kind of support on behalf of the Steem India community, and we are truly thankful for the opportunity. There will be a great deal of appreciation from our members of our community for support of this nature.
We are putting together this application for the booming support for the Steem India community.
In September 2020, Steem India Community was launched as a community that focused on women, and the name of that community was Secret Beauty then. However, at the time there was no Indian-specific community on Steemit, so the administrators and moderators asked the Steemit team for permission to convert the community into an Indian-specific community.
The community account, @steemindiaa, was created on 14th of February in 2022 when the admins and moderators of the previous community felt there was a need for a community dedicated specifically to Indian users. Ever since it was created, @steemindiaa has been our community's curation account.
At the time of putting down this application, the community account has a total of 1,323 SP of its own, and an effective Steem Power of 35,006 SP, having received delegations of 33,681 SP from the admins, moderators, and other members of the community. There is currently a reputation of 61 on our community account, and the account meets all of the requirements of #club5050 since the bulk of our transfers are made to the winners of the competition.
As of this writing, we have an active membership count of 80-120 members, and we do not receive the support of the booming account at this time. Thanks to our hardworking team of moderators, without the support, we still have been able to gradually increase the number of active members on the platform.
The purpose of this section is to provide an analysis of the accounts of the administrators and moderators of this community. Among this information, you can find information that lets you know about how much steem power is owned by the account, its reputation as well as the date the account was created.

Note: To date, all the administrators and moderators have remained active in the community and have participated in community activities in some capacity.
In order to make it as easy as possible for the Admins and Moderators to access the account when necessary, the posting key for the community account is shared with each of them in order to make sure they have access to the account at any time.
To keep things simple, we have decided to keep all keys to this account under the control of @mon122 and that means that any other actions that require access to keys other than the posting key can only be carried out by them, and it is the decision of the team (the entire team) as to whether any other transactions are to be made using other keys based on a consensus within the team.
Admins and Moderators from India that were engaged in other general communities had a vision to create a space where they could meet, and have a space that they could call their home, and this community was born to provide that space, so that the authors from India would have a place where they could understand each other's culture and language, and they would be able to connect together.
Prior to the creation of this community, we had the BestofIndia Community, which was considered the go-to place for every Indian. The BestofIndia team's efforts have resulted in a large number of Indians knowing about Steemit. They discontinued the community due to personal reasons and, in response to the lack of a community in the Indian community, Steem India was created.
As a result of some existing users (both old and new) coming together, Steem India (@steemindiaa), which is specifically dedicated to Indians, has been formed. This is the Steem account exclusively dedicated to Indians, and it serves as the official curation and community account for Indians.
The following are the mission and vision we have for our community on the Steem platform:
Mission: Onboarding new users and educating them about the Steemit platform to ensure the long term retention of new and old users. The intention is to create an environment that encourages Indians to come together and help one another in a positive manner.
Vision: To make the Steem blockchain the number one choice of Indians for any social media needs that they may have. We aim to make sure that every Indian who joins us lives a better life than he or she did before.
We have included all of the points and methods that we take into account when curating to prevent plagiarism and abuse in our community in the following section.
Our first step is to review each citation that appears in the publication in order to determine its validity. For each of these references, it is necessary to provide a direct link to the original author as well as a proper reference.
The moment a plagiarism detection program detects even a small percentage of plagiarism in a piece of work, the link will be verified to determine if or not the link comes from the original author’s sources. The only exception is if it is an author's own work, then it will not be considered plagiarism since it belongs to the author. Nonetheless, the author will have to prove that the source that has been detected to be plagiarized is owned by him or her.
The content will not be considered #steemexclusive if it has already been published elsewhere. Moreover, if the work is not an original work of the author, we can evaluate the material by comparing the words to see if there are any sentences that are changed in order to create a new sentence.
When there is a high percentage of plagiarism on the website, and the source is coming from an external website, the author must be notified in a precise comment, and we will also mention the account which is in charge of combating plagiarism on the platform in the comment section. By doing this, it will allow us to verify whether it is plagiarism in fact, and if it is, we will then be able to take the appropriate measures to combat or prevent it.
We would like to thank the Steemit team for the support they have given to the Steem India community up until now. Through the implementation of proper plans and projects, we intend to take our community to the next level in order to provide a better environment for everyone. We will be able to achieve bigger milestones in the future with the possibility of being selected for this phase of booming support.
We have confidence in the Steemit team's judgment. Hopefully, the review panel will respond favorably to our application above and we can look forward to receiving a positive response from them. sabhi bhartiyo ko support ki bhut jarurat hai or jo kaam #steemindiaa kar rha hai hum sbhi indians ke liye umeed krtai hai ki hum sbhi ko jarur bomming support milega or phir hmmare sbhi BOI ke dost wapas aayengai or ek umeed se bdhakar community ko or jyada majboot bnayengai.
