It was more than two years already since we weren’t able to go home to my home place due to the pandemic and I was glad we had the chance a few days ago.
(You can see how the kids enjoyed the time with loved ones)

It was a long time plan and since there were no more restrictions when traveling from one province to another we decided to go visit the resting place of my late mother in Kibawe, Bukidnon.
(This is the son of my niece)
(This is my 11 year old son)
Last Saturday, April 13, 2022, was the 6th year death anniversary of my mother who passed away at the age of 75. This is the reason why even amidst the busy life here in the city, we really find time to go home to Bukidnon and at the same time be reunited again with my siblings and their respective families.
(I like to see those floaters scattered like yummy donuts.)
(Just floaters no kids LOL, the place is about to close that is why there are no more kids around)
My kids really long (for quite some time now) to have time with their cousins who lived in Kibawe – a 4-5 hours travel from where I and my family live.
(While we were traveling to Quezon, Bukidnon)
Since we have a very limited time, we went to Luan-luan spring resort in Quezon, Bukidnon right after our visit to my late mother’s resting place.
We used two vehicles in going there since we were almost 20. My kids and their cousins were really very excited. While the excitement that I had was just negligible because I had been there many times in the past. Although I am also thrilled for my kids for having such a wonderful bonding time with their cousins.
And I was not wrong. My kids really had a great time swimming and playing in a pool with flowing spring water.
I know I had no choice that time, aside from being their driver I had to look into their safety also while they are at the pool. So I was there inside the pool the whole time.
I think we stayed there for more than 3 hours and really made every second worth remembering. For my kids, that was one of their most memorable moments. My youngest 11-year-old son even asked me when we will go back there, and as far as I wanted to, we cannot do it this time or maybe even after several months.
So that was one of the things we did during our stay in Kibawe, Bukidnon. I am hoping that we will get the chance to visit the place again soon.
