Steemit Philippines Community | Booming Support Program: Application July-August 2022

A greeting to all from the Steemit Philippines Community's Admin, Moderators, and Members!!!

The Steemit Team's Booming Support Program which our community received more or less six months has been extremely effective, and as a growing community, it has a significant impact on us because it encourages our members to be active. We were also very grateful to be chosen as one of the communities 5-tier posts daily to receive Booming Support. This opportunity our community received really helps us not just to our member's content to be supported but to the community account itself who gains more Steem Power.

Booming Support Program really helped our community for it sustain our community to conduct weekly contests and other engagement challenges, and will able to increase the amount of members and active posters weekly.

A few days ago, Steemit Team through @steemitblog announced that Booming Support Program is need to be replenish and all old communities who already received support will need to apply again, and the Steemit Philippines Community would like to apply again for the Booming Support Program to support our Community and it's members.

Community Name and Community Account

Our community name is Steemit Philippines Community and the official community account is @steemitphcurator. The Steemit Philippines Community currently have a total of 1,860 Members with 69 Active Posters as of this writing.

We don't have any form of delegate or beneficiary for vote policy but rather encourage our members to take this action to support the community.

As far as we could, we have read and checked all our member's posts and upvoted all of them. We have also visited and considered giving some upvotes to those who have used the official tag #steemitphilippines.

Community Team

Since the inception of the Steemit Support Program, the team has been working hard to improve the community. I thank God for their assistance because without it, we would not have been able to achieve all of the accomplishments and achievements we have here in the community. There are two Admin in the community and because the Philippines is divided into three major regions: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, we have three Moderator/Leaders and their corresponding Moderator/Greeters. All admins and moderators can read, write, and understand English, and the most common language or dialect used in the community is Filipino, as well as other dialects such as Visayan.

Community Account's Keys

As an admin, @loloy2020 and @juichi has all the access to the keys both Master Key, Private Posting Key and Private Active Key and decided to upvote and support our member's content shared in the community. While the moderators have access to the Private Positing Key on as they were also tasks to do some updates and can handle contests through the community account.

Brief Description of Community's Purpose

Steemit Philippines Community has three major purposes why we built this community.

Unity
Filipinos are thought to be resilient, diligent, and willing to work together when necessary. As a result, having us all together would make us a much stronger team. We can call ourselves a FAMILY that blogs together for the common good because of the unity we all strive for, despite our many cultures.

Awareness
As we continue to share our lives through our content, we reach a stage where we want to know what's going on with each of our community members. We were able to learn from anything that everyone had to say.

Support To Become Better Each Passing Day
Whatever recognition we wish to gain from our peers, we should extend to our fellow members. We also strongly advise our community members to immerse themselves in different communities, not just Steemit Philippines, because they will eventually find their niche and be able to express what they truly enjoy with the like-minded people they will be talking with sooner or later.

Plagiarism & Abuse

It is also our responsibility as a team to make the community better and one issue we primarily going to address is this Plagiarism and Abuse.

The first step we took was to create a verification process that will prevent our members from creating dummy accounts, and so far, this verification process has proven and tested to be quite beneficial to our community since it allows us to get to know our members better. Our Moderator/Leaders in each region were tasked with verifying them and labeling them with the region to which they belong.

To end up plagiarism and abuse in our community, the best thing we could do is to explain to them that Plagiarism is a form of robbery or stealing and indeed a fraudulent activity. Imagine you will be generating an income even though it would only range from a penny to a few amounts of Dollars or any other currencies available. Stealing cents is such a shame. Thus stealing huge amounts will make a person a law-breaker. Integrity should always be instilled in any community being built and we will always comply with that.

Conclusion:

To summarize, in order for our Community to continue to support the contents of our members, we are reapplying for the Booming Support Program and will follow all of the rules and regulations established by the Steemit Team for this program.

With these guidelines we have set for the community, we are all confident that we would be strong and compliant with all the rules that will be set by the Platform Leaders from then on.

We foster, love, care, support, and happiness to other members' triumphs.

And from us, admins and moderators, there should be no competition and NOT count the things we have done but work together as one and stick to very first purpose.... U N I T Y !
