Another problem might be sleeping disorder or the effect of light or being a mother always waking up at the slightest noise or bit of light or a different biorhythm, work/life. Who works at night sleeps at day.
I am not so sure if anxiety is present. Some only sleep two or three hours, but for sure many brains and bodies are super active day and night.

Oh… I’m talking about the most typical state of sleep, I remember it from medical lectures. Of course, there are many cases when a person can’t follow a normal (or desired) sleep schedule. Life has many exceptions :)
