I Visited My Fitness Group Before Going for Lectures

On Saturday morning after I had a wonderful sleep alone in my house, I quickly went to visit my fitness group that I left in someone's care. Most of them had been calling me, inviting to come and see them, that they missed me a lot. Honestly, I miss them too but I couldn't help it. I am supposed to visit them once in a while at least on Saturdays, but my lectures runs from 8 am to 6 pm straight. So I practically do not have time for myself let alone for Saturday fitness activities.

However, I promised them that I would visit that Saturday. I had limited time but just seeing them would be worthwhile. And so, that Saturday morning, after sleeping alone in that empty house, I sha enjoyed my sleep, I got ready after touring around my compound to see how my crops where doing see this post for more details about my crops, I dashed out and quickly saw a bike that took me fast to the fitness location.

I was able to see a handful of them. We hugged ourselves a d almost fell on the ground out of joy. They were still trying to set up the location and start working out. But trust me, I didn't mind that I wasn't even with fitness attire, I began doing something with most of them who were on ground. They wanted me to take the class but I wasn't prepared and besides, I have 8 am lectures.

After spending 30 minutes with them, I zoomed off. At least I was so happy that I was able to see the people that had been calling to see me to know how I am doing. It felt very good to meet them in person .

It is lecture Time

The distance from my house to my school is very far. It took me about 40 minutes to get there and I spent 1800 naira ( about 14 steem) to get there. I got there by past 9 am and the lecturer was already in the class lecturing. We had Entrepreneurship that morning and he had already finished with one topic before I got there. I was able to meet the next topic and I followed through..

After that lecture, I made efforts to copy what they learned before I meet them. But the next lecturer came in. It was computer studies. I left that one and faced the present. We learned data presentation where we saw how to compute binary numbers. Converting base 10 to base 2 and vice versa. It was an interesting studies because I love anything calculations.

When he left, after his time, another lecturer came in. It was Principles of Management.. we are still in the introduction stage anyways because this is just his second time with us. But we studied objective of management which are

For development
For profit motive
And for survival

These points were all extensively discussed and I enjoyed the class. We learned other topics before he left us.

It was time for the next lecture but this one which is Micro Economics already came on Friday. He spent a little time with us when he saw we were waiting for a lecturer to come. He told us that he won't e around on this Saturday. So, I used that opportunity to try to write some notes that I had snapped with my phone for last weekend that I couldn't attend due to my health.

We called the next lecturer, Business Statistics to know if he was going to come. He said he will come when it is 4 pm. We have been trying to get through to him to come for lectures but it's just this Saturday that he showed up. We had our lecturers and did a lot of computing on mean, media and mode. I was able to follow up because I used to love this computing part back then in school. We did a lot of practice sessions on these.

He made sure that he took all his 2 hours. He told us that that afternoon will not be a good time for statistics and that is why he hadn't come. But that we can try and fix the lecture maybe on Friday from 11 am since our lectures starts by 12 noon on Fridays. It sounds good to us. This way, we can close by 4 pm on Saturdays.

If that is the case, it will be best for me who will be travelling to the next state after lectures on Saturdays. As soon as he ended the class that Saturday, it was already late but I will have to travel back. My course mates were coming to me to explain that statistics computation to them but I told them it was late already. I will do so in our next class.

I rushed out and picked a motorbike to the bus stop where I will pick another motorbike to the next city. I couldn't find bike easiest this stage because it was getting late. I finally found one but he was too slow for my liking. Getting to Ikotekpene seemed like ages. But thankfully, I got there and boarded a bus to my state. To get home, I spent 4100 naira (32 steem). Imagine the kind of financial obligation I am into. I haven't talked about paying for study materials, my school fees and the rest. I just pray that I will be able to achieve this certificate. It will aid in my promotion. After this, I will go for my masters and then PHD. I surely have a long way to go but it's good I have started.

I got home by past 9 pm that day, exhausted and tired. Seating down from morning till evening and seating down again to be transported was surely tedious. But I regained my strength before morning. I am grateful to the Almighty for a successful outing for the weekend. Till next weekend again!
