The Diary Game: 23rd September, 2020: All About Work

Dear diary, in my previous post, you recall I went to work last night because of the early morning job we had today. We woke up very early this morning to prepare the sauce needed for spring roll and Samosa.

Some Ingredients Needed for the Sauce

After making the sauce, we kept it aside to cool. Sorry I forgot to snap the sauce, while the sauce was cooling, we prepared the dough required to make the spring roll and samosa.

Puff Puff
After wrapping the samosa and spring roll, we mixed ingredients for puff puff, after which we covered it and left it to rise. As you see in the picture above, the puff puff dough have risen. We placed a deep pan on heat to start the frying process. When the oil was hot, we started with the puff puff before frying the samosa and then the spring roll.

After frying, I arranged the spring roll, samosa, puff puff and fried meat into a foil plate normally used to serve small chops in an occasion.

My Laundry
After arranging, I left for home. I was feeling tired, sleepy and famished. Getting home, I recalled I had some laundry I had to wash today. I took the clothes out, washed and hanged them outside to dry. Thank God it didn't rain today, for the weather was sunny. After washing, I had my bath, ate and went to sleep.

When I woke up, it was already late in the evening. I had yam porridge for dinner. After which I went to my neighbor, I need to clarify some recipe from him. When we were done, we chatted a little before I went to my room. Before going to bed, I browsed through the net and replied some pending messages. After which I prayed and slept.
