The Diary Game: 2nd September, 2020: Not My Regular Kind of Day
Dear diary, as my mum traveled, its my responsibility to wake on time and also wake my cousin for the normal morning routine. I set my alarm to wake me up by 5:30am and I also have morning program by 6am to attend.
Morning Program
I had a good night rest, I stood up when I heard the alarm, woke my cousin for morning devotion. After devotion, I got dressed and left for church. The road was a bit quiet but also secure.
I arrived in church when they were saying the opening prayers, after some segment of prayers, our vicar introduced the guest speaker.
The speaker gave the topic of the sermon which is kill Goliath with a stone and took the text from Genesis 12:3 which says
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
After the sermon, he gave a prayer point before our vicar took over to round up the program. After the program, I came back home.
Poultry
Getting home, I changed my clothes and went to tend to our birds. After feeding them, I add in vitamin in their water before placing it in the cage.
My Laundry
When I was done, I bath and fed my niece before she left for my neighbors house. When she left, I swept and tidied up the house and did my laundry before eating. I had yam and stew for breakfast.
After eating, I relaxed for a while and watched a movie in Africa Magic Epic. I was supposed to prepare soup for dinner but I was not in the mood to take Eba.
I put a call through to my cousin to buy plantain on her way back home, so we could prepare fried plantain and Noddles.
Dinner
Later in the evening, I went to feed the birds. After which I returned upstairs and had my bath. My cousin had already prepared dinner, I ate, wanted to work on my post but I was tired. I slept but woke up later for devotion, after devotion, I finally went to bed.
