A Unique and Spicy Seafood Recipe - Delicious Shangari Fish Curry

Marinating Fish:

The first thing we have to do is clean the fish properly, remove all kinds of smells from it, and then mix the spices we have, including salt, turmeric, and all the other ingredients.

After mixing all the spices in the batter, we have to take a vessel and put the fish pieces in it. First, we have to make a layer, on top of which we have to sprinkle those spices, then we have to make another layer, and then sprinkle the spices. In this way, after adding all the spices, we have to mix them well in the batter. After mixing, we have to put it in the freezer for about 12 to 15 hours so that all the spices that are added on top are absorbed well.

Frying:

Now our next step is to fry these pieces because when making curry from it, it is fried first so that it does not get mixed with the spices while making the curry, so for this we have to add oil in any pan, after adding oil, grind them one by one and keep them inside it, when the oil gets hot, then put the pieces inside it and after frying them well from both sides, take them out.

Cooking:

Now our final step will begin, in which we have to cook it. To cook it, you have to take the same oil in which you fried it and add the boiled onions, green chillis, and ginger to this oil. First, we have to boil them. After boiling, we have to grind them. After grinding, we have to add them to this oil. After adding them to the oil, we have to start cooking it. In this way, our spices are absorbed into our fish in the best possible way.

After cooking it well, we have to add a spoonful of garlic paste to it. After adding this, we have to add red chili powder, and at the same time, we have to add salt to it according to taste. After adding all these things, we have to cook it lightly.

Similarly, during this cooking, we have to add dry fenugreek inside it, and along with it we have to add two spoons of lemon juice to create a little sourness inside it, and similarly, along with it we have to add one or two tomato pastes inside it, which will convert it into the best flavor. Thus, after adding these three things, we have to cook it properly.

For more beauty and for the best taste, we have to add green chilies to it, and along with that, we have to add the garlic leaves and mix them in the mixture. This will not only make it more beautiful but also give it the best taste.

After adding all the spices, we have to cook it properly. When the gravy is ready, we have to add the fried fish to it. We have to add them one by one, and thus our final dish will be ready.

Garnishing:

Now we have to turn off the stove because we don't need to cook it any further. We have already fried the fish and prepared the gravy for it. Now we just have to garnish it for beauty. To garnish, we will add chopped green coriander on top, which will enhance the beauty and taste.
