Rice flour, green chili, turmeric, ginger, garlic, salt, oil, all these are needed. This spicy dish can be prepared and eaten at any time of the year. We wanted to eat it, so we made it today. We will make the spicy kusli pitha. And in this kusli, some use pulses. Some use mashed potatoes. We will make a little spicy food, so we will fry a little potato jhuri. This potato fry was given with light chili powder, turmeric salt, and fried in a sufficient amount of oil. Then we kept this fry. Then the rice flour has to be boiled. Adequate water was given. Then a light amount of chili powder, salt, ginger, garlic, and green chili powder was given in that water. It was mixed with water. Then, the water was stirred with a sufficient amount of flour.

Now you have to mix the dough with your hands for a while. Then to make Kushli Pitha, take a small amount and make a round shape with both hands and put it in this plastic container. It looks like a roti on one side. Take the other side and fry the potatoes there. Then press this side in the plastic container and the Kushli Pitha is ready. It is much easier than before, but now it is very fast to make these pithas. Earlier we used to make these pithas by hand. Now everyone uses this plastic container because of the arrival of this plastic container. It is a very nice thing that our pithas are made very fast.

In this way, a large quantity of pitha was made. Then, I poured oil into the pan and when the oil was hot, I left it on the pitha. After waiting for a while, the pitha was turned over and when both sides became crispy. Only then were the pitha taken out.
