| Cardamom | 1 piece |
| Bay leaf | 1 piece |

Today I will share with you a very simple and delicious recipe. The name of the recipe is Milk Semai (Vermicelli with Milk). So, without any delay, let’s get started.
🔹Step I

First, I take a pan and turn on the stove. Then, when the pan is hot, I lightly roast the semai until it turns light brown.

In another pot, I boil some water. When the water starts boiling, I add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon.

After boiling well, I add salt to taste. Then I add powdered milk and cook everything thoroughly. After that, I add sugar according to taste.

Then I add the roasted semai into the milk. I cook it on low heat for a few minutes. When the milk and semai reach the desired thickness, I turn off the stove.
