Milk	Half liter
Sugar	Adjust to taste
Cardamom	1
Bay leaf	1
Cinnamon stick	1
Nuts and raisins	As needed

Explanation of My Recipe

Today I will share a very easy and delicious recipe with you. The name of the recipe is Lachcha Semai. Without any delay, let’s get started,

🔹Step I

	Boiled the milk

First, I take an appropriate amount of milk in a pot. Then I place it on the stove and let it boil. When the milk starts boiling, I add cardamom, bay leaf, and cinnamon to it. This gives a nice aroma.

🔹Step II

	Suger pot

When the milk starts boiling, I add sugar according to taste and stir it well. Then I cook the milk for a little longer.

🔹Step III

	Took the packet

Then I take the packet of lachcha semai and add the required amount of semai into the milk.

🔹Step IV

After cooking for about a minute, I take some raisins and nuts by hand. Then I nicely add them on top of the lachcha semai. Now I serve this delicious Dessert for eating.
