Task 1 (0.8/1.5)You shared good knowledge about pain, and its types. But it would be better if you add the pathology of acute and chronic pain as well, because if I ask about the pathology or you can say pathophysiology of both types, so you have to read the question carefully before answering.
Task 2 (2.5/2.5)Lower legs pain can be due to less drinking of water and repetitive activities that put more load on legs. Neck muscles tightness and pain feels like headache and you have to visit doctor for complete check. I would suggest performing the neck stretches daily also search neck isometrics on YouTube and perform them to lessen the pain.
Task 3 (6/6)I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions. You performed the exercise well, that's good you stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate your efforts.
