Hello Steem For Bangladesh Community

Hello My Steemain Friends ,

How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S17 - W3: which is all time my favourite topic “National Festival" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

What is the national festival of your country? How did it start

I am from India. Independence Day is celebrated here on 15th August. Which is celebrated as a national festival. People of all religions celebrate this national festival with great pomp. Today is a day of joy and happiness in the entire country and is declared a national holiday. Be it school or bank, there is holiday everywhere.

Everyone is immersed in the colors of patriotism. Our country became independent on 15 August 1947. So since then, on 15th August, we all Indians celebrate Independence Day together. On 15th August, colorful programs are organized in all the schools and communities at their respective levels. Where small children dress up in fancy dress or dance and perform on patriotic songs and the martyrs are remembered by all the elders.

How is this festival celebrated? Are there any special rules for celebrating it?

The flag is hoisted at the Red Fort of Delhi by the Prime Minister of our country Narendra Modiji. A speech is given by the Prime Minister and the brave soldiers are honoured. The view of the Red Fort of Delhi is very worth seeing. Patriotic slogans and national songs are being played from all sides. A parade is taken out by the children in the school. It is very important for children to read this lesson while remembering their country and in honor of the country. Because it is from schools only that children get practical knowledge of all these fields. Because when children participate in such activities, children learn better. On this day, artists perform on folk songs and folk dances etc. Which reflects the culture of our India. When the flag is hoisted, the national anthem is sung. For which everyone stands straight at their respective places.

It is the national anthem of our country

"Jan gan Mangal dayek Jaya hey , bharat bhagya vidhata...
Jai hei jai hei, jai jai jai jai hei"

In this way the flag hoisting program ends with the national anthem. Then everyone gets Bundi laddus as Prasad.

Are there any special outfits or foods for celebrating your national festival?

No, there is no such special dress or food. Our national festivals are celebrated by people of all religious communities, so everyone can eat food and wear clothes of their choice. But people wear white kurta pajama and women wear white kurta and clothes of colors similar to the tricolor and many women do makeup accordingly.

But there is no special puja or food, one eats whatever one wishes and celebrates the festival as per one's own choice. At various places, flags and flag caps and sets of tricolor bangles are available in the market. Nowadays, many tricolor brooches and hand bands are seen in the market.

Tell us about your favorite memory from celebrating your national festival.

Children have a holiday in schools on national festival days. But I never wanted to go to school that day, because I liked enjoying holidays. But once, on the insistence of all my friends, I also participated in the activity. Because all my friends were there, it was a lot of fun. There is a morning break by 11:00 on that day. Then we did a lot of photo shoots and those became memorable moments. Those moments spent with my friends are very precious, I remember them well even after so many years. I like a song very much and I am sharing some lyrics of it with you guys.

Desh Mera rangeela, Desh Mera rangeela

Today some children want to go to school on that day because laddus are distributed in the school, so seeing the mentality of the children makes me laugh a lot. But my children are just like me. He does not like to go to school that day, he enjoys his leisure time and sleeps till 9:00. Having a good breakfast, he is in full holiday mode.

Dear @aviral123,, Greetings to this contest,,

Independence is a very happy day for the people of every country. The day starts with various military programs and several gunfires. All government institutions have holidays on this day, schools and colleges are no exception. But even if there are school holidays, students have to attend school on this day. However, instead of boring studies like any other day, the day was spent with many fun activities.

Respected ma'am @aviral123

It was very nice to read your post and really enjoyed the way you shared with us about the national festival in the country, your national festival is August 15th. is celebrated and I have seen this enthusiasm myself. When I came to the border of Pakistan, just like the enthusiasm of the people, the soldiers' parade and public chanting, I have seen all this with my own eyes. It is the passion. It represents the celebration of this festival in your country. All the joys are shared with each other. Children and adults dress up according to the national flag and participate in special parades. If the colors show, then there is no doubt that this national festival is celebrated in a very beautiful way in your country.
