Today I will write an article on a creative topic. Our company has made paper weights with the company's Lego for the year 2026, which is very unusual and creative. These paper weights were made to give to various parties. Our company's brand manager has taken the initiative to create some unique items this year, including a paperweight with this logo. This is primarily designed to be placed on the desks of executives of various organizations. This was not given to any of our office staff, but I received one after much request. I have it on my desk. We have created a creative calendar for 2026, which has a very unique design, and everyone has liked the desk calendar we designed. This table calendar also has a pen holder function and can hold other accessories. To be honest, it's a complete exception. I gave this desk calendar to an organization, and they have gained a lot of fame because of this design.

Some moments of the pleasant atmosphere at my desk after arriving at the office in the morning. After arriving at the office, my first task is to clean my chair, table, and computer. Even though it is cleaned before I arrive, I still clean it with jute. I don't like it if I don't clean it myself every day. After keeping myself clean, I sat down in the chair and opened the computer. I was feeling a little relieved after completing a task at the office today, so I sat in my room and took a picture.

This picture is of our new steel mill, where only billet production is done. I visited there today. I went there at the time when they were melting scrap in the crucible. The temperature here will be around 1500-1600 degrees Celsius. I zoomed in from a long distance; it's not possible to get close, but those of us who work here work at full risk. 95% of the smoke that is flowing enters our APC blower, which extracts a lot of valuable ink. People buy them from China at high prices. This is the power control panel board. The power is controlled from here, and if there is any problem, a signal comes to this control panel, which our operator controls. This control board was imported directly from India through LC.

On my way home, I saw a huge fair. This fair is on the side of the road adjacent to the Pagla railway line. So many people come to this fair to shop that it is impossible to walk properly. This fair is held on a specific day of the week, and every Monday, I spend some time at the fair on my way there. I spend some time looking at what I want to buy and what I don't. I came across an unusual item at the fair today, which I have never seen at this fair before. A shopkeeper sells small cakes at the fair every Monday, and today another shopkeeper is selling large cakes. However, if ever needed, I will buy from this fair. These cakes are made completely at home, and there is no yeast. I asked the shopkeeper if he made these at home. The special attraction of the fair today is this.
