SC-S31-W1 // Bread Making// " Flat Bread ".
Am thrilled to engage in the steemit learning challenge last week of season 31 under the topic bread making where everyone is entitled to use their hand and prepare a bread of their choice, I choose Roti bread. It is advisable that we all should remember nutrition is one of the pillars of our health and general well-being. In less than no time let processed to contest practical and questions.
What type of bread do you make at your home. Have you tried flat bread before?
In this contest,I choose roti flat bread. Here in my environment,I rarely make bread at home. Different delicious taste of bread is commonly seen on the street.
To be very honest and sincere, I have not prepare this particular type of bread before.
Learning a new method of making Roti bread is what I really appreciate, Because all the ingredients is with l am familiar with. Roti bread are highly nutritious,tasty and easy to prepare and to digest. We all know that it contains lots of vitamins ,minerals which is healthy for human consumption.
My experience was awesome, the taste was out of this world, my husband appreciate my new recipes. It was great moment.
Make any flat bread (roti/paratha/tortilla)that you like with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

| Wheat flour | 2 cup |
| Salt | As pertaste |
| Oil | 2tbsp |
| Water | as needed |
I wash and dry my bowl, I poured flour in a bowl, I added salt, oil and mixed it very well. Then gradually add water and mixed it with my hands.
I Kneed the dough well until it becomes smooth. I Cover the dough with lid or plastic wrap. Dough is ready keep it rest for 20-30 minutes for soft roti.
After the due minutes, I take small portion of dough of equal sizes and make their balls.
I roll the dough balls with rolling pin in such a way it should have same thickness from all sides. Spread the dough to desire size.
I transfer it into iron pan for bread on flame and when it becomes hot put this rolled dough on it. Cook it from both sides.
Roti/Chapati is ready to serve. Keep it in bread cloth to keep it soft for long time.

Flat bread is the simplest form of bread and its commonly used globally. In my cuisine flat bread is made at home .
you made bread in a very good way ,you presented, roti in your post very well. All steps with respective images are give in your post.
