Benefits of winter fruit oranges and my juice recipe

Winter is coming, and one of the fruits of winter is the orange. Orange is a delicious winter fruit. The color of the orange fruit is orange, so this fruit is known as an orange lemon. This fruit is rich in vitamin C. Together with these and other more crucial components, it also includes calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, choline, and vitamins A and B.

Oranges contain many antioxidants. It has been shown to be highly advantageous for human health. Oranges contain soluble fiber. It is called pectin. It removes cholesterol from the body before it is absorbed into the bloodstream. It reduces bad cholesterol and helps increase good cholesterol. Which helps control cholesterol in the human body. So oranges should be eaten in the winter. Health-conscious people try to keep themselves healthy by eating oranges.

Today I opened the fridge at home and saw that there were oranges. Oranges can always be eaten immediately. So today I thought, Let's make orange juice. Then what else can be wasted? So I am stuck on making orange juice. Today, I will share with you the recipe for making orange juice. Let's get started. First of all, the things or materials required to make orange juice are:

  1. Oranges
  2. sugar;
  3. blender and blender jar
  4. Glass
  5. Water.

First, I took two oranges. Then I washed it well with water. Then I spread the orange peel and separated the orange slices. And I took out the little seeds from the oranges. Because if you put the orange seeds in the blender without removing the seeds, the juice will become bitter. So I took out the seeds well. Then I put the oranges in a blender jar, added some water, added some sugar, and blended for a few seconds. Then my orange juice is ready. So I poured the juice from the jar into the glass and served the juice. Alhamdulillah, my orange juice is ready.

Orange is one of my favorite fruits and its nutritional value and Vitamin C are very important for the health of the human body. The nutrients in oranges boost the immune system.
