Assalamualaikum, dear Steemit people. How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am also fine, by the grace of Allah. Almost all of us eat fried food more or less. But outside food is injurious to health. And we often eat outside puri for evening breakfast, which is unhealthy for us. Because outside puri is kept in the open in hotels, street dust gets on it, and eating it can cause us various problems. Today I am sharing with you a home-made puri recipe that I made at home for an evening snack. I hope you will like this recipe, inshallah.
So here are the things I used to make puri at home:
Ingredients: |
No | Ingredients |
1 | Boots |
2 | Chilli |
3 | Garlic |
4 | Salt |
5 | Flour |
6 | Soybean oil |
First of all, I took the boot dal, washed it well with water, and boiled it. Since I am making this dal for puri, I have mixed green chillies and garlic together with the dal because the puree is not much fun to eat if it is not a little spicy. So I have added as many chilies as my jhal. When the dal is cooked, take it out in a bowl. In this way, I have prepared dalpuri dal first.
After making dalpuri dal, I made dough for dalpuri. So to make dough, I took enough flour in a big bowl and mixed it well with enough salt and soybean oil. Then I made a dough by mixing it with water.
After making small doughs, fill them with puri dal and make them into small pieces like bread. This is how I made all the puris. Then I put oil in a pan on the stove for hot air. When the oil is hot, put the stove on medium and fry 2 puris in the oil. In the same way, I fried all the puris in oil.
When the puris are fried, take them out in a bowl. Alhamdulillah, we are ready. After making the puri, I wrote my community name and my username on a piece of paper, kept it with the puri, and took a picture, so I will post it here.
Hi, Greetings, Good to see you Here:)
