How I made boot halwa.

Starting with greetings and respect.Dear steam people, How are you all? Today, I am going to share with you my boot halwa recipe.I hope you will like this recipe.Although I have never made boot halwa before, this is the first time I have tried it.Because I love boot halwa so much, I thought I would try it myself.let's do.

So let's start with the ingredients I used to make this recipe:

Ingredients:

4Cardamom and cinnamon
5Nuts (wood nuts and cashew nuts)
6raisins


Method of preparation:
First step:

First of all, I took the boots.Then I washed it well with water and boiled it.When the dal was boiled, I folded it into a seal pata.

Then I put a small amount of ghee in it in a pan. I fried a little with cardamom and cinnamon in the ghee, then fried the dal of the boot by stirring it for a while in the ghee (I must keep the heat medium during this time).In this way, I have roasted it till the dal is completely mushy. So that there is no water in the dal.And when it is mixed with ghee, it gives off a very nice aroma and is very tasty in the field.

Third step:

When the dal is stormy, I take it in a bowl.Then I made sugar syrup with sugar in that pot.When the sugar sira is ready, add ghee to it and add dal.Then I kept stirring it for some time and mixed it well with walnuts, cashew nuts, and raisins.Of course, I have already cut the almonds and prepared them.

Fourth step:

Then my boot halwa is ready, Alhamdulillah.When the halwa is ready,I keep it in a little cold air for some time, and then when the halwa cools down,I take it out in a bowl.

তোমার বুটের হালুয়াটি দেখতে খুবই লোভনীয় হয়েছে। দেখে মনে হচ্ছে খুবই সুস্বাদু হয়েছে । আমার বুটের হালু্য়া খুব পছন্দ একটি খাবার। এটি সাধারণত আমাদের বাসায় শবে বরাত ও রোজার সময় তৈরি করে। তোমার বুটের হালুয়াটি দেখে আমি লোভ সামলাতে পারছি না । এখন মনে হচ্ছে আমি তৈরি করে । তোমার ব্যখ্যাটি ও খুব সুন্দর হয়েছে । তোমার জন্য শুভ কামনা রইলো।
