Yes, I love sweets made with milk. I often make delicious sweets with milk at home. Milk is an ingredient that can be used to make various types of sweets. Sweets made from milk are usually very rich, creamy and delicious. Some examples of sweets that can be made at home with milk are:
Rice Pudding: Rice pudding is a popular sweet dish that is a great dessert with the great flavors of milk, rice, sugar, almonds, raisins and cardamom. Traditional rice pudding requires few ingredients and little time to make. Therefore, it is quite popular among homemade sweets.
Caramel Pudding: Caramel pudding is a dessert made by baking milk, eggs, sugar, with a layer of caramel spread on top.
Barfi: This sweet is made by burning milk and sugar and is known as barfi.
Rasmalai: Small soft balls made from milk cheese which are soaked in sweet milk flavored with saffron and cardamom.

Today I will make Shahi Phirni recipe. So I have prepared the necessary ingredients for Shahi Phirni recipe in the required quantity.

| Powder Milk | 1/2 cup |
Easy recipe for Shahi Phirni:
Step 1:
- Before going to the main recipe for Shahi Phirni, let's do some preparation. For this, first I took 1/4 cup of fragrant sugarcane rice and soaked it in sufficient water for thirty minutes. After thirty minutes, I washed the rice well and drained the water. When the water drained well, I took it in a blender jar and broke it in half. Then I soaked some chopped almonds so that they do not clump.

Step 2:
- I will add 1/2 cup of lukewarm milk to powdered milk, cashew nuts and a pinch of saffron. Soaking saffron in milk and using it in phirni will add color and flavor to Shahi Phirni. After soaking it for ten minutes, I blended the cashew nuts and made a paste. I made a mixture by whisking powdered milk. Now, having completed all the preparations for cooking Shahi Phirni, I went to the main recipe.

Step 3:
- Now I put a pot on the stove to cook the phirni, then I added 1 liter of liquid milk. I boiled the milk with cardamom and cinnamon for five minutes on medium heat. When the milk thickens, I stirred the previously powdered rice powder and added it to the milk. Then I mixed the rice powder with the milk, stirring continuously.

Step 4:
- Cook the rice for twenty minutes on medium heat. Stir continuously during this time to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot. After about twenty minutes, the rice will be cooked and the milk will thicken a bit. When the rice is cooked, add half a cup of sugar. Then stir everything and mix. It is better to add sugar after the rice for phirni is cooked, this will prevent the rice from becoming hard.

Step 5:
- At this stage of cooking the phirni, I will add the cashew paste, saffron-infused milk, and powdered milk mixture. Then, I stir all the ingredients together and cook on medium heat for another five minutes. Using saffron will give the phirni a traditional flavor and color.

- After mixing all the ingredients again, cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 7:
- I added a tablespoon of ghee at the end of cooking the phirni. If you use ghee at the end of cooking the phirni, the flavor will be very nice. After adding the ghee, I stirred it with the phirni, now the Shahi phirni with great taste is ready. The phirni will become darker when it cools down, so I will turn off the stove while it is still a little liquid. Then I will stir it for some time and serve it after cooling it slightly.

Final Step:
- Now I served the phirni, sprinkled raisins, nuts and saffron on top and served it with a great tasting Shahi Phirni. It was amazing to eat, the completeness of the dish remains incomplete without the taste of traditional phirni.

No, I did not face any difficulty while making this recipe. Today I made Shahi Phirni recipe which I have made before so I did not face any problem. Making Shahi Phirni recipe is not a hassle, Phirni recipe is made with a great combination of very few ingredients. Cooking is an art which improves our mind, I love to cook.

I love to make my sweets when the whole family comes together for special occasions. Our biggest festival is the holy Eid. The whole family comes together on Eid. And the day of Eid is not complete without special sweets. To make the day of Eid more special, it is essential to enjoy the great taste of phirni. Phirni is a popular sweet that is very much liked by everyone. There is no alternative to my prepared sweets to make the domestic occasions more amazing. Our food is not complete without sweets, so the importance of sweets is immense to complete the food menu. The creamy and rich texture of phirni is known as a traditional sweet in the menu of any festive event.
