I invite all my Steemit friends to the fourth week of the Steemit Challenge competition.I hope all my friends are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite mercy of Allah, I am also well. Today I will share my entry in the "SLC28-W4 // "Pastas Soup" competition. Through the competition, we will learn the techniques of making delicious and healthy Pastas soups. In the third week of the competition, we will explore the taste of Pastas Soup. Many thanks to @uzma4882 mam for organizing a great season.
🍲 Make an in detail step by step recipe of Pastas Soup

| Chicken boneless | 200 gm |
| Carrot | 1 pis |
| Capsicum | 1/2 cup |
| Cauliflower | 1 Cup |
| Garlic cloves | 4 pcs |
| Celery leaves | 10 gm |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
| Black & White pepper | 1/2 tsp |
| Paprika powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Chicken powder | ½ tsp |
| Cornflour | 2 tsp |
| Olive oil | 2 tsp |
Step 1:
√ For the pasta soup recipe here, I used fresh vegetables and boneless chicken. I cut the chicken into small pieces, then washed it in water, drained it and kept it aside. I washed the vegetables in water, cleaned them, and cut them into thin and long pieces.

Step 2:
√ To cook the pasta soup, I heated a pot of olive oil on the stove. When it was hot, I added the cubed chicken and lightly fried it for 5 minutes. Then I added all the chopped vegetables and lightly fried it for 5 minutes.

Step 3:
√ At this stage, I will add the indicated spices to the pasta soup. Spices play an important role in enhancing the flavor of any dish. I added salt, paprika powder, cornflour, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, chicken powder to the pot. This combination of spices will enhance the flavor of any soup. After adding all the spices, I added two cups of water.

Step 4:
√ When the water boils, add the pasta. I cooked it in a pressure cooker to make pasta soup in a short time. I cooked it for 10 minutes to cook everything well. When all the ingredients are cooked well, you will get great results.

Step 5:
√ The perfect shape of pasta, chicken and vegetables and a very tasty vegetable broth. Pasta soup with broth provides us with a variety of nutrients. Which is beneficial for our health and comfort.
🍲 what challenges do you face during making the soup and in list the prices of each ingredients in your local currency and steem
I did not face any challenges while making the soup as I have made this type of soup before. My children love to eat this soup, so I often make this soup at home. I enjoyed the wonderful aroma of spices while making the pastas soup recipe.

🍲 What makes homemade Pasta Soup better than instant soup and what is your personal experience of having a warmth and healthy Pasta Soup Bowl in cozy and cold winter
Homemade pasta soup is made with fresh vegetables, broth, and good quality pasta. Unlike instant soup, homemade pasta soup does not contain artificial flavors, added preservatives, which makes homemade pasta soup much healthier and safer to consume regularly. Homemade pasta soup can be enriched with a variety of vegetables such as: carrots, beans, spinach, tomatoes, chicken, or lentils.
Homemade pasta soup is rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein, but instant soup is low in nutrients and high in calories, which is not beneficial for health. Homemade pasta soup is low in salt, spices, oil, and portion size, which is beneficial for children, the elderly, or their health. Homemade soup has a fresh aroma and pure taste, which is completely different and comfortable from the taste of instant soup.
On a cozy, cold winter evening, a bowl of pasta soup provides a feeling of pure comfort that nothing else can provide. The smoke rising from the bowl of soup, the soft pasta and the rich, warm broth instantly relax the body. Every sip gives a feeling of warmth, fullness and nourishment. Homemade pasta soup not only fills the stomach but also improves the mood, making winter nights more pleasant and peaceful. Compared to instant soup, homemade soup is light, healthy and satisfying. Homemade pasta soup is healthy, delicious and mentally comforting, which is a perfect winter meal and like a warm hug.
