SEC-S17W2: "A review of the most special food you've eaten in your life"

What is the name of the special food?

My Favorite Special Food is Paneer Fried Rice. It is one of the traditional dishes of South Indians. We call it paneer rice and vegetable pulao. In North India it has a name called Paneer Pulao. It is a favorite of all kinds of people because of its taste and the nutrients it contains

This dish is generally available in all leading restaurants in our town. I often cook this at home too. My kids love this. Ingredients for this:

❤Paneer ❤ Onions ❤Carrot ❤Curry leaves ❤ Beans ❤ Greenpeas ❤ Oil
❤Tomato Sauce ❤Mustard ❤ Coriander leaves ❤ Fried Rice Powder

First, chop the vegetables and paneer into small pieces. Saute the capsicum and paneer pieces in a pan with two tablespoons of oil and keep aside.

Then heat four tablespoons of oil in the same pan and add mustard seeds, cardamom leaves, chopped onions, cumin seeds, cloves, salt etc.

After sauteing for about five minutes, add the chopped boiled carrots, beans and peas. Add fried rice masala and tomato sauce to them.

Then add the cooked rice to this. Then add sauteed paneer and capsicum etc. Mix everything well and add coriander leaves if needed.

After mixing everything well, keep the lid on the pan for a minute. Then turn off the flame and serve. Add coconut chutney and tomato sauce as sidedish.

Why is this food the most special food you eat in your life?

Rice-based dishes are very popular in South India. Because many varieties of rice are grown here. Very easy rice is available here. Biryani is made from rice. Dishes like pulao, sambar rice, whole meal etc. are popular here.

There are many types of biryani like vegetable biryani, chicken biryani, mutton biryani, French biryani. However, we do not choose veg varieties for specific purposes. On such days we serve Vegetable Biryani or Paneer Fried Rice like this, Mushroom Biryani which is delicious and rich to treat.

And why would you encourage everyone to eat this food?

This Paneer Fried Rice dish is very easy to cook. The ingredients in it are high in nutrition. Paneer and peas are very high in protein. Similarly, carrots, beans, and capsicum are also high in vitamins.

Similarly, we get the energy we need from rice food. So eating this food which is a mixture of all these is very good for health. Children eat it very happily. Also, we serve this dish to the guests and the feast will be more delicious and rich.

Cheese is an extremely delicious and alluring dish. Every food that has cheese added to it tastes much better. Additionally, Aonin highlights a particular cuisine that contains cheese. This is a nice topic for contest. we all donot like the same food. We have different choice. Some like junk food and some donot like junk food .They like normal food.When I read your post I come to know that you like Paneer Fried Rice .I think we all should eat healthy food because of our health.So, we should be careful about our health and not to take junk food. I also a person who addicted to eat more amount out fried rice in my life with spices. I like it very much. But I had didn't try it in my home which was prepared in our home. I will buy it from the hotel and eat it. For your post I will also try to do this type of fried rice and give my post. You had explained very clearly it helps to prepare this food easily.
