That is why you need to add less egg. Then I kneaded the dough with these few ingredients. I kneaded the dough for making this pitha in the same way that the dough is kneaded for making bread.
When the dough was ready, I made small pieces of dough and rolled them like bread. Actually, it would be wrong to say that it was rolled like bread. Because bread has to be made a little thicker, the bread of this pitha has to be made very thin, as we say, it has to be made very thin like tissue. This will make this pitha much more crumbly. As long as it takes, the thinner you make it, the more fun it will be to eat this pitha. I took about 5 minutes to roll a loaf of bread, I tried to make it as thin as I could. So that the pitha tastes much better. Actually, my mother has made this pitha many times before. I have eaten my mother's homemade ones many times, this time I tried to make it together with my mother. She tried to help me as much as possible. This is the first time I am making this pitha with my mother.
Anyway, when my roti was done, I cut it into small pieces with the help of a mustard, which you can see in the picture. In this way, I made and cut everything. As easy as I am saying, it was not as easy as I thought, because it took me about three to four hours to make this pitha. It wouldn't have taken so long if the roti hadn't been cut very thin. Anyway, everyone has heard that the fruits of hard work are sweet. In fact, as much as I worked hard to make this video, this pitha was as much fun to eat. Then after cutting a lot of pieces, my mother started frying it in her hair.
First, he put the pan on the stove and after it was slightly hot, he poured oil into the pan. When the oil was hot, he slowly put the pitha balls in the oil. He turned the pitha upside down and when it was golden brown, he took it out with a spoon and took it out. I was making it on one side and my mother was frying it on the other side. I had made almost a dozen pitha balls in this way. We all like this pitha a lot, so we made many at once. Then my pitha balls were ready. It took a long time to make these pitha balls. As I keep saying. However, it was still a lot more fun to eat the pitha.
