Today I will share with you the recipe for vegetable pitha. You can make this pitha as an afternoon snack. This vegetable pitha is very easy to make, you can make this vegetable pitha with just a few ingredients at home. I like eating this pitha very much, I often do. I saw these Kalmi vegetables in the field next to our house. Seeing these, one thing came to my mind, which was vegetable pie. So without delay, I picked some vegetables with my mother. I picked the vegetables from the field and cleaned them well. Because there was no opportunity to sit and clean them there. So I cut them and brought them home and sat and cleaned them. I have to clean them well, otherwise there may be various kinds of insects in these vegetables. I cleaned the vegetables well and when I was done, my mother washed them. After washing them, I chopped the vegetables well. And in the meantime, I chopped some potatoes. If we both work together, the work will be done quickly. And we can also eat the pie quickly.

Anyway, once the potatoes and vegetables were chopped, I chopped the onion and green chillies for Ammu. Then Ammu mashed the vegetables well with salt. After mashing the vegetables with salt, when they became a little soft, Ammu added the potatoes. Then she started talking for a while more until they became soft. After finishing mashing the potatoes and vegetables, this time she added green chillies and onions, Ammu started mixing everything even better with these. After everything was mixed, this time Ammu added rice powder, flour, you only need to add flour to this pitha, we used rice powder to make it a little thicker. If you want, you can ignore it. Then Ammu mixed everything well. When she saw that the amount of rice powder was a little less than this, Ammu used a little more rice powder. When she saw that everything was perfect, Ammu finished the kneading.

Then mom went to light the fire in the stove, since we cook in a clay stove, so I thought that this pitha can also be made in a clay stove. So mom lit the fire in the clay stove, after lighting the fire, mom placed a big pipe on the stove, she really wanted to cook in a clay stove, so she put a big pipe. So that it would cook quickly. When the stove got hot, she poured oil into the pipe, when one of them got hot, we started putting the biggest pitha one by one on the oil. Then she slowly turned on the fire and finished frying the biggest pitha. These pitha have to be fried slowly in the heat of the fire, this pit and pit. When the batter is finished, mom will tell us that if we eat them hot, they will be crunchy, it will be more fun to eat. So mom kept saying that we should start eating them hot. So what else should I do, I went to mom with the sauce. Mom is cooking on one side and on the other side we are eating the hot pitha and enjoying it. These pithas were so much fun to eat, you can try them at home if you want.
