Spicy and tempting Kamranga Mathar recipe
Hello friends and my dear brothers and sisters, how are you all, I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am also well, Alhamdulillah, with everyone's prayers and love. I am Jannatul Khusbu, I am introduced to you on Estimate as @khusbu78 . Today I will share with you a beautiful sour and sweet Kamranga Makha. I hope you like it. I like all kinds of sour and spicy food. Whether it is sour or spicy, in fact, I like sour and spicy food a lot. I know that every girl likes these foods very much, every girl's favorite food list must have some sour foods. I also like this Tak Jaal Makha very much. Anyway, without further ado, let's share with you how I made this head.
This Kamranga is our job, since it is very big for you, and this tree has grown right next to our house. That is why this tree has grown and reached our roof. That is why we did not have much difficulty in plucking the Kamranga. Because we can pluck the Kamranga from the roof very easily. When we wanted to, we quickly went to the moon to pluck the Kamranga. First, we went to the roof and looked at two or three sides of the tree, so that we could see which side had the biggest Kamranga. The bites on both sides have grown big, and almost every time, it would be wrong to say almost every time, the birds always eat the ripe Kamranga with two. Since Kamranga become much sweeter when they are ripe. And normally when they are raw, they are a little sour after a while, and any bird that comes and bites the ripe ones hides them. That is why we picked up the big raw Kamranga. Since there were no ripe kamarangas in the tree, I plucked a few unripe kamarangas that looked big. When that didn't work, I went down from the roof to get them.
Coming down, I first took water in a large container. So that I could clean the kamarangas well. Then I soaked them in water for a while. Because there were small black spots on the kamarangas, so that they would come off very quickly, I soaked them in water for a while and shook them a little with my hand, and the dirt came off. The kamarangas were clean. After cleaning them well, I cut off any rough parts of the kamarangas. I cut them off, and those that were not suitable for eating were thrown away. When my kamarangas had the extra parts cut off, I washed them well in water again and cleaned them. After I had cleaned them well, I started cutting them one by one.
I first tried to cut them into small rounds. Then I divided them into two in the middle. So that when I would knead the kamarangas, they would be more delicious to eat. Anyway, one by one, all my kamarangas were chopped like this. Once they were chopped, I took the kamarangas in a bowl. Since I had kept them on the cutting board and had cut the kamarangas so far, I took one out to put in a bowl to knead the kamarangas. When the rest were taken, I first put the chalta pickle from the fridge and the masala that was made after that, the pickle masala was in our house. Since our rice was already eaten, the masala was at the bottom of the bowl. I added a little of the chalta pickle masala from there to this kamaranga. If a little pickle masala is added to any kneading, then the head becomes more delicious and its whiteness doubles.
After that, when my pickle is done, add salt and as much salt as I can eat. I have given it here, I have used chili powder to add salt, many people here give dried chilies instead of raw chilies. But to me, if you use chili powder while mashing these makhas, it seems to me that it increases wonderfully. Anyway, everyone's taste is different, each person's test is different. Then I mixed all the ingredients well. It looks so tempting, doesn't it? Yes, it was very fun to eat, very delicious. Due to using the pickle spices with this kamaranga makha, the taste of the ranga makha has increased even more. Then we all ate it together. I had so much fun that everyone got a little bit. This was my method of mashing kamaranga. I hope you liked it. Thank you very much for your valuable time, please post for me. Everyone stay well, be careful, stay healthy, Allah Hafez.
