Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new recipe post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I have prepared a delicious and crunchy cabbage pakora recipe.Below I am sharing with you all the step by step process of making cabbage pakoras along with the ingredients . so let's start........

Making ingredients

Quantity
Cabbage Chopped
1 cup
Egg
One
Chopped onion
half cup
Coriander leaves, chopped
half cup
Chopped green chili
2 tablespoons
Gram flour
4 tablespoons
Rice powder
3 tablespoons
Turmeric powder &Red chili powder
half tablespoons
Magic Masala
1 tablespoons
Salt
1 tablespoons (to taste )
Soybean oil
1 cup
Making process:

    • First, I chopped the cabbage into small pieces and washed it with clean water.Then I chopped the coriander leaves, onion and chilli into small pieces and set aside.Then I drained the cabbage that I had previously cut and cleaned in a bowl.Then I added half a tablespoon of salt and kneaded it well with my hands so that the cabbage became a little softer.

    • Then I added chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion and chopped green chillies one by one and then turmeric powder and red chilli powder.Then I added gram flour and rice powder and finally mixed it well with half a tablespoon of magic spices.

    • I mixed it well with my hands, added a whole egg to it, and kneaded it well with my hands to make a dough.Once the mixture for making cabbage pakoras was ready, I formed the round, flat shape of the pakoras with my hands.

    • Once the cabbage pakora shape is ready, I put a pan on the stove and added a cup of soybean oil to it. When the oil is hot, I put the pakora shape inside it.I fried the pakoras well in oil until they turned brown in color.

    • Finally, when the pakora were well fried, I strained them from the oil using a strainer, and finally, crunchy cabbage pakoras were made.

    Finally, I served the cabbage pakoras with tomato sauce to decorate them nicely.These cabbage pakoras were truly amazing to eat.I made and served these delicious crunchy cabbage pakoras to my family for iftar in the evening.They all tasted it and praised me a lot.During the winter season, you can make delicious pakoras with this cabbage vegetable and feed them to your family members.You can make and serve these cabbage pakoras beautifully for tea or as an afternoon snack.It was really amazing to eat.

    Tied cabbage pakoras are one of my favorite dishes.I have made and eaten this at home several times before. I like it.Your presentation on making tied cabbage pakoras was beautiful.Looking at the picture of the pakoras you made, it looks like they were very delicious to eat.Thank you for providing such a wonderful recipe.
