Coconut with Mango Steam Pie
Assalamu Alaikum friends, I am starting by wishing everyone good health. Mango, the king of fruits, is on everyone's favorite list during the mango season. There is no such person who does not like to eat mangoes. Everyone, young and old, loves to eat mangoes. Pickles, juices, jelly, mango shakes, puddings and many more are made and eaten with mangoes.
But have you ever eaten steam pie with mangoes? Today I will make steam pie with mangoes.
Ingredients

Preparation method:
Step-1: First, collect all the ingredients, and the coconut is not peeled.
Step-2: Place a pan on the stove, add 1 teaspoon of ghee, add grated coconut and mix it with 2 cups of jaggery. No. Mix the jaggery and coconut well.
Step-3: In a blender, make a thick mixture with mango, rice powder and a little salt.
Step-4: Heat water in a rice cooker for steaming. Clean the banana leaves well, then spread ghee on them, then add the mango and flour mixture well, add coconut paste to it, fry the leaves and steam them, and steam all the mixtures together.
Steam them well for 15 minutes and keep them in a warm place. I made steam pitha without any oil. It is not only delicious to eat, but also very beneficial for health. Everyone should make it at home at least once and let me know how this pitha tastes. My family loved this steamed mango pitha. I made it for the first time but it was very tempting to eat.
