Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am also well Alhamdulillah. Today I am very happy to participate in the first week of Steemit Challenge Season 28. This week I will participate in the Steemit challenge "SLC28-W1 // "Tomatoes Soup" competition organized by the respected teacher @uzma4882, thank you very much for organizing this great competition madam. I am going to share with you the step by step process of making tomato soup, so let's get started..!!

I bought 500 grams of fresh tomatoes from the market. I cleaned tomatoes thoroughly with water and put them in a bowl. Then I made four cuts on the outside of the tomatoes with a knife.

Then I put a pan on the stove, added One a cup of water to boil the tomatoes and let them boil. Now I put the stove on medium heat and boiled them for 5 to 6 minutes. I put the boiled tomatoes in a separate bowl to cool.

The cooked tomatoes were left to cool. I peeled the tomatoes. Then I mashed the tomatoes well with a spoon. Now I blended it in a blender for a nice smoothie texture.

This time I put a pan on the stove and heated it on medium heat with butter, then added the chopped onion leaves and chopped garlic cloves. Then I kept stirring them continuously until the chopped onion leaves and chopped garlic cloves turned light brown.

I have already added water, now I will add the boiled tomato smoothie mixture. Then I will keep stirring it carefully for 6 to 7 minutes to avoid it burning.

To enhance the flavor of this tomato soup, I added more chicken powder, red chili sauce, and soy sauce. Then, I kept the heat low and kept stirring the tomato smoothie mixture continuously. You can use sugar to reduce the sour taste of the tomato soup. But since the tomatoes I used were not sour, I did not have to add any more sugar.

Take 2 teaspoons of cornflour in a bowl, add half a cup of water and make a smooth paste. I will use this cornflour paste to create a smooth, thick and silky taste and texture of tomato soup.

Finally, reduce the heat and add the cornflour and water mixture to the tomato soup. Mix them well and keep stirring the tomato soup slowly. So that there are no lumps in the tomato soup. Then cook the tomato soup for 4 to 5 minutes until it thickens completely. When the tomato soup has thickened completely after cooking for four to five minutes, remove it from the stove. Now this tomato soup is completely ready to serve.

Now is the winter season and in this winter season we need to eat more tomato soup. Because tomato soup contains vitamins C, K, E, A, O (lycopene antioxidant,) and essential minerals. Which keeps our body warm in winter. This tomato soup increases immunity and as a healthy food it is very beneficial for our health as it is low in calories. Also, tomato soup contains fiber which helps in digestion.
Tomato soup is not only delicious, but also low in calories, rich in fiber antioxidants, it helps in increasing the body's immunity as well as losing weight. This tomato soup keeps the body warm in winter as well as helps in preventing cold and cough and protects the skin.
🍲 what difficulty you face during making the soup and in list the prices of each ingredients in your local currency and steem (1.5)
I got all the ingredients for making tomato soup together in the local market of our area. But I had to face a little problem for two things. Number one is chicken powder, after asking in all the local grocery stores in our area as well as in a few super shops, I could not find this chicken powder. Then I asked in a few wholesale grocery stores in Narayanganj Dipu Bazar, I could not find this powder there either. Finally, after asking in another store, he gave me the chicken powder. I was very happy to get the chicken powder. Because if I had not got this chicken powder, maybe I would not have participated in this tomato soup competition. Another thing is onion leaves, I could not find this thing anywhere in the raw market of the area. I finally got these onion leaves at the wholesale warehouse of Dipu Bazar raw materials. I had to face a little problem in getting these two things. Moreover, I got everything from the local market of the area.
