Today I will share with you something that was really different and wonderful compared to other days.

Today I went to Kacchi Dine
Our senior teacher, Hafez Qari Rakib Billah Ustad, Hafez Shamim Ustad, my assistant teacher Ashiqur Rahman, and I—along with friends—were surrounded by all the students after the Asr prayer for organizing a puffed rice (muri) party. But today, my assistant teacher Hafez Ashiqur Rahman received his first salary since joining this madrasa, and on this occasion, he wanted to treat Ustad Hafez Qari Rakib Billah.
He also invited me to join the treat with Hafez Shamim Ustad, so we didn’t fulfill the students’ request today because tomorrow the madrasa would be closed. I was unsure what to do—on one hand, the students’ request, and on the other, the treat from my colleague. I couldn’t decide which to prioritize, so I told the students that we would arrange the muri party tomorrow morning after class, Inshallah.
The students were very happy to hear this, and I agreed. Friends, it was a very enjoyable experience—mutton kachchi, along with potato and plum chutney, and mineral water. Everyone had a lot of fun eating and playing. After finishing, I paid the bill and gave the waiter a little tip, and now I was about to step out. At that exact moment, ...
The students were very happy to hear it, and I let out a sigh of relief. The friends really enjoyed the kachchi; after all, it's called mutton kachchi, and it came with potato and Bokhara chutney, along with firni and mineral water. Everyone had a great time. After finishing the meal, we paid the bill and gave some tip to the waiter. As we were about to leave, everyone wanted to take a few more photos, so we captured some more beautiful moments on camera and also filmed our meal.
On the way back, we stopped at Live Bakery and had some snacks together. After finishing the snacks and paying the bill, we took an auto-rickshaw heading toward the madrasa. A little way before reaching the madrasa, we stopped at a paan shop. Hafiz, Shamim, Ustad, and everyone had paan, enjoying it under the open night sky and the quiet street before arriving at the madrasa. Upon arrival, I saw the teachers engrossed in happy conversations. Since tomorrow is a holiday, we won’t be able to sleep properly today; the night will pass in fun and chatter.
