What is the national festival of your country? How did it start |

The two national fastival in Pakistan are Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha. These celebrations are extremely unique. Because people from all age of life come together to celebrated this fastivals. It all began as religious customs a long time ago. But today it is a time for fun, food and family.
We break our fast and enjoy delicious food and desserts with friends and family on Eid ul-Fitr. In addition we remember the life of Prophet Ibrahim on Eid ul-Adha by giving meat to those in need and bringing happiness and blessings to everyone. It is a period filled with fun, love and delicious meals.

In Pakistan we celebrate Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha by dressed up in our new beautiful clothing. The male going to the mosque for eid prayers.The girls add mahndi design on hand. And dress up nice clothes.It is time for delicious meals with family and friends after that. To express our love and happiness we exchange gifts and candies and eidi is distributed amoung children.
In the tradition of Eid ul-Adha we sacrifice goats or cows in remembrance of Prophet Ibrahim sacrifice. We make sure that everyone may enjoy the celebrations by sharing the meat with friends, family and those in need.

We have some seriously tasty treats when it comes to food. We prepare delicious treats like meethi seviyan.We also cook sheer khurma for Eid ul-Fitr. In Eid UL adha we prepare delicious foods like biryani and kebabs and other dishes using the meat of the sacrificed animals.

The nicest part though was when we distributed food to the those in need in our neighborhood. Eid was made even more memorable by the warmth of spreading kindness and the smiles on their faces. These kinds of moments are what really make our national vacation special.

The joy of Eid begins with the sighting of the Eid moon. Eid is a day of great joy in our religion where the joy of Eid is shared with everyone. Eid is a very happy news for Muslims. 2 holy Eids in our year are Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha. Which are unique for their own characteristics and qualities. For example, after a month of fasting, Eid-ul-Fitr gives us a day of happiness. And Eid-ul-Azha brings our taqwa to the Almighty God. By doing this we get the pleasure of the Almighty God.
