I am pleased to participate in 2nd week of Steemit challenge season 27. This week, I will be sharing my favourite Desserts From Milk. So Let's start,

Yes, I like the desserts made ftom milk. I belong to a Muslim family and in all our religious festivals, any kind of small or big festival, family function picnic dessert is prepared. In honor of the guests and in any joy, dessert is prepared with milk. Even if I am sad for some reason, I prepare dessert with milk to make my mind feel good. It is a bit funny but yeah It's true. In my family, my mother, sister, and sister-in-law all can prepare desserts with milk. I am sharing my favorite desserts that I have prepared with milk.

Making Process
Step- I
I had stored the milk in the refrigerator. So an hour before preparing this dessert, I took it out of the refrigerator and soaked it in water to make it liquid. I also kept all the fruits and fruit cakes at room temperature. I washed the fruits thoroughly so that there was no dirt on them. Before preparing any food, it should be washed thoroughly. I always wash everything with fresh water before cooking.

In this step I have taken a small amount of room temperature milk in a bowl. Then I have mixed it well with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of custard powder. I have given very less amount of sugar because I try to consume very less sugar. If you want you can use no sugar or you can use more sugar. I have given less amount of sugar here because all the fruits that I will use have natural sugar.

Then I cubed all the fruits that I would use in the fruit custard. I tried to give all the fruits the same shape so that they would look nice and also maintain the right amount. I first chopped three bananas into small pieces, then chopped the papaya and finally chopped the apple and stored it in a separate container.

Then I heated a pan and poured liquid milk into it. I boiled it for about four to five minutes. While boiling the milk, it should be stirred continuously with a wooden spoon so that a thin layer does not form on the milk.

In this step, I have poured the liquid milk of sugar and custard powder that I have prepared earlier. While pouring it, it should be poured carefully and stirred continuously. The flame of the stove should be kept low so that it does not stick to the pan. Then it should be stirred continuously for another 5-7 minutes. When the thickness of the milk is high, then the stove should be turned off and it should be covered with a lid. If you cover it with a lid, a thin layer will not be created on it.

In this step, I prepare the first layer for the fruit custard. I cut the cake into small pieces and place them on a serving dish. Then I add the fruits. I first prepare a fruit layer with bananas, then papaya, apples and finally promegrant. Then I pour the hot milk custard. It is quite a satisfying scene.
Step-VIII
In the last step, I put it in the refrigerator for a while. This will set my fruit custard and double its texture. It is served cold. As per the rules of this contest, I write the contest tag, date and user ID name on a handwritten piece of paper and take a photograph with it.

I did not face any difficulty while preparing this recipe as I have prepared this type of dessert many times before. Kids love this dessert very much hence it has been made many times. This dessert can be prepared in a short time hence it is prepared most of the time. Having experience of making it many times before, I did not face any problem here.
At what occasion do you want to make your dessert. (1 Mark)
Dessert items are suitable for all kinds of occasions. Since I have made a fruit custard, I want to prepare it for summer occasions, especially on my niece's birthday because her birthday is in April. At this time, many types of fruits are available in the market, so the fruit custard can be enriched with different types of fruits. This fruit custard soothes the soul during summer. So I want to prepare this dessert item especially on her birthday.
