Hello sir,
Basically this event is going to be with all the users of Dhaka division. To plan and execute the event, I contacted all the users of Dhaka Division two weeks in advance through a WhatsApp group and with everyone's consent any public holiday was chosen in the first week of September. All the preparations for the event are going on as planned since two weeks in advance and I will continue to provide updates as time goes on.

We have fixed the event date on September 06, 2024 in consultation with all the participants. I have posted an update with the date of the event, t-shirts and names of the participants. Thank you very much for adding our meet up to "steem news".
