A healthy drink prepared by (rauja) for Ramadan Iftar.

Ramadan is the month of fasting. Muslims all over the world keep themselves busy in worship during the month of Ramadan. We have to abstain from all kinds of food and drink during the month of Ramadan, so we should drink healthy drinks after breaking our fast during the month of Ramadan. This helps us to fill our water deficit throughout the day. Again, some people get constipated after abstaining from food and drink throughout the day. Today I will share a healthy drink with everyone. It revitalizes the body during Iftar after fasting all day.

First, I separated the pulp from the inside of the wood apple and placed it in a bow. With the help of a spoon, I separated the pulp from the wood apple.

Then put the pulp in a bowl and soak it in water as per the quantity. Soaking the pulp in water makes it easier to remove the seeds from the pulp.

I soaked the pulp for a while and then used my hands to remove the seeds from it. This task will take some time. The seeds of wood apple are a little bitter. So, it will take some time to remove the seeds.

The pulp of the wood apple is completely ready to make syrup. Now I have added salt, lemon juice and honey to taste inside this pulp. If someone wants, they can use sugar instead of honey. Honey is comparatively healthier than sugar.Than mix it well.

My healthy Wood Up drink is ready to serve.One of the important benefits of wood apple juice is that it not only boosts the body's immunity but also keeps the body cool. Wood apple juice helps relieve constipation and speeds up the digestive process.Due to abstaining from drinking during the whole day of Ramadan, everyone gets dehydrated. Therefore, each of us should drink healthy drinks during Iftar. In that case, I especially prefer Wood Apple Sherbet. This Sherbet plays a special role in eliminating my fatigue throughout the day.
